Great experience with Bill, Lindsey & team for buying an Arctic spa. From testing in the show room through delivery, communication was friendly and clear, no pressure, and all went smoothly. We've been enjoying our spa for a month now, thanks Paradise Pools team!

Paradise Pools installed our custom above ground 30' pool liner today and did and OUTSTANDING JOB! We tried for two years to find a pool company to measure, order and install a new custom liner for us (our above ground pool has a deep end). No one would do this for us! We discovered Paradise Pools and are thrilled with their work and customer service. We highly recommend them!!!

We probably got around 8 different quotes for an in-ground pool and Paradise was definitely the best in terms of everything included for the price. I was I was able to give more stars I would double it. From the first call to Bill, through the install with Jim and closing with Dennis, this experience has been nothing but suprerb. Bill listens to what you want and will make recommendations based on his experience. Listen to him, I am glad i did. Jim is a master of each process of the install deserves the keys to the kingdom and he/Bill pretty much became part of the family. We moved here from Cape Coral Florida where pools are in abundance. Paradise puts the installers there to shame. Thank you guys for a job well done..

I recently had an inground pool installed from Paradise Pools. From start to finish, the entire process was great. I had a vision and Bill and his team made it happen. The quality of work and customer service was beyond amazing. The whole team definitely exceeded well beyond our expectations. I highly recommend Paradise Pools for any of your pool or spa needs!

I am retired and my husband soon will follow. We had always wanted an inground pool but had no idea where to begin . After saving for the project for nearly 20 years we decided to go for it. We had meetings with at least five other pool contractors, but still did not have a clear cost of what the finished pool construction would be. We met with Bill Smith from PARADISE POOLS in Sandwich on August 15th 2023. Bill answered any and all of our questions and never was pushy or trying to just sell a product . He gave us all the time we needed.
We received a pool drawing the next day with costs attached.

On September 12th of 2023 , we signed a contract to be on the list for next available installation. We had been told we were 6th on the list and the project would be 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the weather of course. Naturally, when Spring rolled , were pretty excited and anxious. We had spoken with Bill, and he said they were still on schedule with our initial start date.
On June 11th we were informed our permit was ready. We were also informed, all the parts/ accessories had previously been ordered and were on hand and ready to go. On July 8th , the excavation began !!! WOW !!!!! Everyone from Bill to Jim, Brendan, Jace, Ezra, Mike, Etc.. These guys are great and extremely disciplined and conscientious of their work!! They work amazingly well together, with great work ethic. What a great team !!!
On July 26th, we were putting water in our new pool. The entire project went off without a hitch. Even with all the rains we had during the , the guys still showed up and found other things they could do to keep the project moving. We never thought we'd be enjoying the pool this summer ..so quickly..
We highly recommend Paradise Pools is your only place to go to have your dream pool installed!!
They also have a store with everything and anything you'll need to operate your pool. BILL is always available for any questions before, during and after your pool is installed.
We are so fortunate to have so many new members in our family !!!

Bill was awesome to work with. He met with us a few times prior to the install to answer questions and review options. Bill also took us to another install that was very similar to what we were getting, so we could see the finished product prior to making a final decision. Of all the pool companies we contacted for information and estimates, Bill was by far much more accessible and attentive to our needs.
Jim was the lead guy for pool installation. He and his crew were outstanding to work with and did an excellent job. The plumber, electrician and concrete guys were great as well. Everyone was patient and thorough with our questions from start to finish. I would highly recommend Paradise Pools.
