We moved into a new area, with 2 new jobs and very little time to clean regularly after the initial deep clean. We decided to get some help. We contacted several services with very few responses. But Amy responded quickly with a friendly, down to earth type appeal. She came out and did an assessment and estimate. All of it was friendly and comfortable for us. We booked and when I tell you the two ladies who cleaned for us cleaned like it was THEIR OWN home! They were upbeat, friendly and didn't take all day! We are thoroughly happy with R & A and will use them regularly going forward. Highly recommend.

I had been looking for a cleaning service, and R&A Cleaning Service had been recommended to me. Amy came to our house and gave us an estimate and we made an appointment with her. They arrived at our house right on time and got to work. Our house is not the easiest to clean but Amy and her team did a great job. After they were done we did a walk through with her. She told us what they had done and to make sure we were happy with her service. This meant so much because she wanted to make sure we were happy!! We made another appointment with her for next month as well. 😊

Amy did an A+ job cleaning our house for a move out/getting ready to list our home for sale. I would highly recommend her services. She paid special attention to woodwork, fans, windows. Our oven and appliances are sparkling clean. Thank you, Amy❤️

We just started using Amy and her team and have been nothing but impressed throughout the process. When she came to see the house to give a quote I instantly felt her passion and professionalism to help my family keep our house clean. Her team just completed a deep clean - it was a full house, under the beds, behind the toilets, above the fans, and everything in between. We are now set up for biweekly cleaning and feel a sense of relief to know one major house chore is removed from our weekend to-dos so we can focus on family time when we’re not working or in school. Used this service once and what a mistake! She bated us with one price and then wanted triple the price and at end! I gave her a bit more but she damaged walls, her and her helper broke my shower door, they walked with dirty shoes on all our carpets, damaged walls, tossed cirgarette butts on the driveway, even broke a cabinet door. They caused over $500 in damage and is keeps contacting that she wants more! I have put her on notice to stop contacting me especially since she was already paid! Then she went on my business page and started harassing me too! Seek mental help!!!!

They took the time to answer all our questions and helped us find exactly what we needed without making us feel rushed or pressured. Bill and his team, including Melissa and Megan, are absolutely amazing! Last summer, we purchased a house with a 30-year-old in-ground pool. Unfortunately, the pool hadn’t been opened for three years and looked like a swamp. We were at a loss for what to do. Bill’s team stepped in and got everything working. They also provided me with valuable guidance on cleaning and maintenance. Since we had a late start, they kindly allowed us to wait until the end of October to winterize everything. Today, I removed the cover, and to my delight, the water is crystal clear! Not only do they perform exceptional work, but their prices are also competitive, and they even remember our names. We are fortunate to have this fantastic family-run business in our community. Thank you for making pool ownership so much easier!

We are looking forward to using our pool this year. After 3 years of pool problems and contractors that were undependable, Bill and his team took on our old in-ground pool. They changed the depth and configuration of our pool giving us a lounging area and useful stairs into the pool. The new liner is beautiful. His team showed up on schedule and as promised. Ordering and installing the new decking, stairs, and liner was faster than I ever imagined after the experience we had for a couple years of dealing with other contractors.

If you are looking to install a pool this spring or summer, I highly recommend Paradise Pools in Sandwich. Bill (owner) was easy to work with and he was very communicative during the process of the installation. The installation Team, led by Jim, was great. I watched the entire installation from my back deck and he answered all of my dumb questions and worked tirelessly to complete the job. They completed it late summer last year and we were able to enjoy for almost 2 months in 2025. We love our pool and can’t wait to enjoy this summer.

Highly recommend! We reached out needing help with a broken automatic pool cover that they did not install. There was no hesitation in offering us help. Megan and Jim were the kindest people to work with and they had amazing communication!

Stopped in for first time today and very disappointed. We realize this is a busy time, however employees did not make eye contact with us while standing at counter to try to make a purchase. Also, kept answering phone in front of us without even acknowledging us. Very poor customer service
We even saw a hot rub we liked but will go elsewhere where they want a new customer.
