I had a wonderful experience with Ortoryon, despite the situation. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through the entire process step by step and even led me to what should be the final solution to my problem. I was told I had the worst case that he had seen as we laughed about it and I tried to make a life lesson out of it for him. Thanks for everything Ortoryon, you were a great help.

Gentleman were polite, upfront on the costs, of repairs, and honest about about cost of any future repairs, they also cleaned up after themselves got all the work done quickly. They, snaked sewer line clearing blockage, replaced wax seal for toilet and restabilized it..

I can't recommend Darwyn's Plumbing enough! From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly skilled. They quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a clear explanation of the solution, all while being friendly and respectful of my home. Horrible customer service! I called them first in December about an issue, they came out to assess the problem, and then I had to call them back twice over the course of a month to finally get the job scheduled. No follow through! Then when I had a legitimate concern about the work that was performed, the owner Darwyn was extremely rude to me, told me that was a personal issue, and hung up on me! You don't treat customers like that. I typically try to support black-owned businesses because I want to support my own, but I will never patronize this business ever again.

My old water heater was replaced with a brand new one and it looks amazing!! Service was prompt, professional & affordable. I am so grateful. The replacement was completed in a small space yet it was done with ease. Thanks Darwyn's Plumbing.

Louis is awesome..we were without heat,using space heaters. We contacted Louis , he was busy but got to us quickly.. assessed the issue, gave us a fair estimate and did a great job...so grateful and would recommend them and call them again when needed.

I had to pay $650 to a guy name Lewis for a boiler clean out. The base pay that was told to me. Which is an over charge if you ask me. The base pay to clean out a boiler should have been $325 or less. Just to clean out loose brick dust and soot. Then after that the repairman ordered two parts? The Gas valve and a new module panel, which was covered by HomeServe.

One of the parts belong to the boiler which was the gas valve? And the new module panel just so happened to be the wrong part that belongs to a different boiler that was installed onto my boiler. Then this guy gets frustrated and place the blame on HomeServe my warranty company that hires people like him who just up and bailed. Because he could not find the flame sensor unit that needed to be changed out as well.

This man was not focused into the job. And his heart just wasn't into it in seeing things through. I will not recommend this company(Berryman's Construction Heating and Cooling). He did not have the patience, which he was rushing through the job. Ordering the wrong parts and over charging me for $650 to clean out a boiler. And to add to that $650 scam? HomeServe paid him close to a $1000 for two parts. Which was also an over-charge and a scam.

But to place blame on HomeServe for changing him out for a totally new company because he could not figure out the problem by troubleshooting. $1650 is way too much money just to clean out brick dust and soot. With the two parts added is ridiculous. Then he high tail ran off leaving my home at 30 degrees with an incomplete job still not fixed. So I had to find someone more experienced from a whole different heating and cooling company. That knows what he is doing. Rite Air Heating and Cooling is the place to call for great service. Rite Air Heating and Cooling will not over charge nor con it's customers.

I cannot express the amazing talents of Louis Berryman. I had no ac for 2 weeks waiting on my warranty company and Louis literally saved our lives!!! He diagnosed and fixed the problem within a couple of hours and at an honest, reasonable price. Professionalism at its finest. I'm so indebted to him for bringing us out of the most trying 2 weeks with no air, during the extreme heat wave. Hat's off to you sir. Forever grateful!!!

The service was over the top. I was hally to see a young man doing such a professional job and he gave me a reasonable rate. I suggest his quality experience to anyone that needs HVAC service.

HVAC check up and fix. Nothing really wrong with the unit, just needed a tweak. And they don't overcharge even in this heat.

I'm not sure if this is a full-time business or just a side hustle because they showed up to give an estimate, and schedule an install, but they never came back to do any of the job. No communication. No outgoing message on their phone. Not professional at all. I called and texted, but no response.

They came out and did an awesome job installing interior lighting at my rental property. But then we agreed to another project at the same location. For that appointment, they were a no-show, and they ghosted me on all my phone calls and texts to this day.

Just had my initial meeting with Courtney to get a quote on replacing some outlets that are becoming a problem. He just left and he was prompt in coming and letting me know when he was on his way, he actually pushed our meet up time back a couple of hours which just happened to workout perfectly because I hadn’t slept well. He seemed very knowledgeable and even advised me on some better ways (and cheaper). I hope to be able to do business with him in the future he said he would send me the quotes today.
