ASU Tech Appliance Repair and tech Sayan is great! Our LG refrigerator was dispensing water very slowly. Sayan quickly diagnosed our issue, ordered the replacement part, and repaired the refrigerator. Our refrigerator has speedy water now thanks to Sayan. Highly recommend!

Asset analyzed the problem with the noise as a bad fan. He ordered it and we've paid him a check of $225 for a deposit on a $355 total cost. He did not show our deposit so the bill looks like we have not paid our deposit. He is coming back on Friday w the replacement fan. We need him to show our deposit, so our final payment will just be $130. Asset did as he agreed and provided an updated bill. His work on the fan was excellent and there is no longer a fan noise

ASU Tech proved to be a remarkable company assisting me in a time sensitive emergency when my refrigerator/freezer failed over a weekend, They went out of their way to schedule me ASAP which allowed me to save most of my food from quickly defrosting & spoiling.
Akzhol was so professional & efficient in going out of his way to help me quickly in diagnosing the problem accurately & he even helped me by going above & beyond to move some of my food to keep it from spoiling. He returned with the parts to fix my refrigerator expediently & everything was up & running. I would highly recommend Akzhol & this company for their kind & efficient attention to address a problem with speed & proficiency. I can’t say enough about them —they were amazing to ease my frustration with an emergency especially on the weekend .They’re the Best !!

Wonderful tech came out on a Saturday evening and made temporary repair so could use freezer. Tech said he should be able to make permanent by Wednesday but did not make it til Friday. Repair diid go quickly and was well done.

Called extremely last minute because my washer went awol and started leaking, it sounded like a hurricane was brewing in there, and something just fell off the door. I called around 4pm and was given the eta btwn 5:30pm & 7:30pm. They did a great job sending eta’s & their tech named Akzhol arrived at just about 7pm. He was able to diagnose & fix the problem in less than 30 minutes!! He was acknowledgeable, quick, I was very impressed by him running the washing machine to show me his work & of course the prices were 2025 economy friendly 😂😅 I’ll definitely be saving their number if I ever need help with my appliances again!!

Sayan was very friendly and arrived on time. even though he couldn’t fix the problem, he explained the why. I appreciate his honesty. Would recommend this company and come back to it in the future.

I had an issue with my dishwasher and called this appliance repair service. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it efficiently. The pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of the work was excellent. I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing appliance repairs!

This was the worst service ever. Diagnosed the problem wrong . The technician try Extort an extra $200 out of me. after they already given me a quote for the price.

Came within the time frame same day , quick diagnosis , the technician came ready and fixed the dryer on site , cleaned it from inside before starting to work.
Waited till we tried and gave us warranty on his work .

I am one happy customer. I finally got my kitchen back. Asu was very professional and clean. Now that the leaks are gone , and my dishwasher has come back to life. I can get back to enjoying my kitchen. I definitely recommend this company , you will not be disappointed.

The icemaker on my refrigerator stopped making ice. The ASU technician, Sayan, came the same day I called and had to order a part that he installed two days later. It didn't solve the problem. Sayan spoke with his colleagues and the manufacturer and determined that the root problem is in the wiring in the door or the computer board. The cost was prohibitive so they told us how sorry they were and promptly refunded our money. ASU is a reliable company with caring, professional technicians.

I wouldn’t recommend these guys. They tried to scam me they gave me 3 different labor rates all within a 5 minute conversation as if I wasn’t just standing there taking to them. 1st he quoted $150 for labor 2 minutes later he said $200 then he said $300 for just the labor 😡 the price changed because the parts he said I need was $200 and the other part was 80 in which I found the $200 on Amazon for $60 and the $80 part for $30. So since he could scam me for the parts he kept raising the labor price. I guess they made out with $30 bucks each for the diagnosis with was $60. I’d give them a negative 0 if it was an option. Also one guy smelled like alcohol. Like he just left a bar.

Called ASU at 8 am. They arranged for someone to come same day by noon. Technician was knowledgeable, timely, and explained the issue. He was very helpful. He fixed the issue of water leaking in the refrigerator and helped me order new shelf (which was broken). Would highly recommend.

The experience with ASU Tech Appliance Repair was extraordinary! The professional and so very kind technicians Ermek and Urmat spent much time doing a thorough diagnostic. They explained everything and fixed the problem. They spent extra time to make sure my washing machine was operating perfectly. They cleaned up the entire area and left it spotless. Everything is right with ASU Tech including the price.

They repaired my very expensive fridge. Very trustworthy, diligent and conscientious ! I had a very expensive repair and Semyon was fair, honest and transparent. Will not hesitate to recommend them or use their services again!

Very good service, came out same day to diagnose my dishwasher problem and told me what specific part was the issue. They ordered the part, came back a few days later then installed it. No issues whatsoever with the company, I'd use again for any other appliance need.
