Over the last 5 years, Tony has repaired a refrigerator, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher for me. He is extremely knowledgeable and fixes the problems quickly and at a very reasonable price. Tony always explains everything to me before he makes the repair. He is dependable and responsive to phone calls. I highly recommend him for your appliance repairs.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Tony, owner of A Advent Appliance Service, for more than 12 years! He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional and timely. Tony will take the time to explain what’s wrong with said appliance and the cost to repair instead of saying it can’t be fixed! Awesome Service!!! Tony has become our "Go-To" guy for multiple appliance service repairs. He had beautifully repaired our washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator, and now more recently dishwasher. He is honest, and trustworthy to diagnose the issues and I happily refer him to anyone I know that is in need of appliance repairs.

Tony has been to my house twice now for multiples appliances. He has always been direct with his opinion of the issue and gives you all options regardless if he makes money on it or not. Hes also very personable and my dog likes him, so if your dog likes someone, you should listen.

Tony has been servicing our appliances since our first home in 1999. He has always been prompt, polite, and honest with us. He has gone above and beyond to give great service and keep prices as reasonable as possible.

There are a lot of guys out there who can fix appliances but will rip you off. That's not this company's policy. We will never call another appliance service company. I have recommended them to many local friends and family who have also been fully satisfied that they've "got a guy" they can trust.

I had some problems with my dishwasher. I left a message for Tony in the morning and he got back to me right away. He came out within a few hours and right away diagnosed the problem and gave us some options.

He could have taken advantage of the situation but was very fair and honest. I will be calling him for all my future needs. HIGHLY recommended.

We have used A-Advent Appliance service for over 20 years. Tony has always done quality work. He is always able to quickly schedule an appointment, he charges fair prices and he does good work. Highly recommend him and A-Advent.

Excellent service. I called Tony late Saturday afternoon and he was here by Monday morning. I've had Tony service my washer and dryer for the last 10 years and have always been satisfied. He is honest and fair. I would highly recommend A-Advent .

Tony was great! He was very helpful and did research for us to find a new door gasket for our front loading washer. He was quick and professional in getting it repaired quickly. Highly recommend using Tony at A-Advent appliance for all your house hold repairs.

Washer tub was filling up with water even when off. I assumed it was the valve that controls the water intake, but I had no idea on how to fix it, so I called A-Advent. They came out when promised, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the valve. The person who came out was very courteous and worked quickly. The price IMO was reasonable as well. Will call them again if I need repairs.

Tony is amazing! He repaired both my washer and dryer and both were an easy fix. Tony only charged for his service call and time. I thought I was facing full replacement and Tony saved the day. He was very prompt and courteous and he's very friendly and takes his time to make sure things are fixed correctly.

Absolutely exceptional service. Had a serious issue with our refer. Called Tony and he was out within 4 hours. Fixed the problem immediately. He went above and beyond servicing the unit. Asked about our ice/water filter which I knew nothing about. Changed that for us. His pricing is extremely fair. Where most organizations would gouge you for immediate service. Tony does not treat his customers that way. I sincerely believe that he views his customers as "family" and treats them as such. Just an outstanding technician and human!

Tony is amazing. He has come to my house on 3 separate occasions for 3 different appliances. He is quick, responsive, and very honest. I enjoy talking with Tony while he worked on my washing machine, freezer and most recently my dryer. I am so glad that someone recommended him to me and I will continue to recommend him to all my friends and neighbors!

Tony was very knowledgable and honest. Told me the exact problem with my fridge and showed me how to fix it if it happened again. He was very pleasant , cane out right away . His price was very fair . I will be very quick to call him again as well as refer him to others the next time I need a small repair .

Had an issue with my dryer, did a quick google search for local repair companies, Tony was the only one who picked up my original phone call and now I have a guy for life. Tony came out in a timely manor, assessed the situation and had my dryer back to normal. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on and what he was doing to fix the situation. I highly recommend Tony and plan on sending him referrals anytime I can.

This is the second time I've used A-Advent Appliance Service, and I have zero reservations recommending them to anyone for any reason. Tony found time in his schedule to take care of my problematic dryer the very day I called. He diagnosed and fixed the problem, and even discovered another issue that needed to be addressed, fixing both issues today. The prices are exceptionally fair, and the team treats their customers with genuine care.

They don't make people like Tony anymore! After we agreed to pay the service fee to have him come out and diagnose the problem with our dishwasher, the problem turned out to be a faulty wall switch. Tony was able to quickly swap it out and we paid him less than he had quoted for the service call. That's unheard of these days, which is why we will be calling him any time we need our appliances serviced and referring him to our friends and family! What a Rockstar!

I want to start off my review by saying THANK YOU to A-Advent Appliance and Tony.
My mom's dryer failed to stop working and she wound up taking her clothes to the laundry mat to be washed and dryer. That was a big inconvenience for her. While she was in the laundry mat she asked a customer for help with the machines with were to add the detergent because she hasn't been to one in years since she has her own. She mentioned to him that her dryer stopped working and he told her that he knew of a repair person who is honest and does good work and gave her A-Advent Appliance telephone number.. She called A-Advent Appliance the next day and made an appointment for someone to check her dryer.
Tony showed up and repaired her dryer so it works again. She also has asked Tony if he could check her dishwasher before he left. He fixed that also, so now she has a working clothes dryer and dishwasher and makes her life easier again.
She has been telling everyone she knows how professional A-Advent Appliance was and the did the repair and now she's happy and recommends them to call first if they need a appliance repair.

I scheduled an appointment, and Tony arrived the next day, even earlier than expected, which worked perfectly with my schedule. He was highly knowledgeable and professional, quickly fixing our dryer. I would recommend A-Advent to anyone needing appliance repairs done right and at a great price.
