i called in the morning about some partial power outages at my house in schaumburg. About an hour later, norman the electrician showed up. he was really honest, friendly, and explained everything he was doing while looking for the problem. after some time, he figured it out, did great repairs, and even replaced a breaker. when he finished and was packing up, he noticed some packages by my door and kindly brought them in for me. he even offered to vacuum up the little mess from the repairs, which was really thoughtful. norman also explained some great payment options and helped me set up a payment plan since i couldn't pay everything at once. i'm really happy i called them and will definitely use them again in the future. highly recommend for anyone in schaumburg with electrical problems—they'll take good care of you!

Malik installed a new Panasonic ultra quiet bath fan for me, set up dimmers for my bathroom and dining room lights, and put in a whole house surge protector. lighting really makes a difference, i can say the electrician did a clean, affordable, and great job. the new led recessed lights look awesome and make the room feel open and bright. i know they fixed some problems with my panel and wiring, so i'll probably call again soon for more rewiring and panel work.

i had a few electricians come over to give me a quote to upgrade my old electrical panel. norman was super friendly, easy to talk to, and knew his stuff. his price was better than other companies and even included a bigger panel. i texted norman in the morning to schedule, and he had electricians at my place in about two hours. diego and jeff were just as nice and skilled as norman. they did a solid job and made sure to clean up everything, even though they stayed later than expected on a friday. overall, they gave me great service, good quality work, and a fair price. i highly recommend them for any electrical work you need at home!
