Juan Montoya and his crew did a beautiful job replacing our concrete driveway, sidewalks, stairwells, steps, and patio. If you want the highest value for your money, this is the company to hire! The prices are very fair, and better than anyone else I got estimated from. Juan is amazing. His customer service is the best I have ever experienced. He guided us through every step of the process and informed us of all our options. His crew stayed on schedule, and he went above and beyond to meet our wishes. And the result is fantastic. I will not hesitate to hire them again for any future work!

Juan Montoya is very experienced as a company owner and as a concrete expert. He evaluates the work to be done, comes up with a well thought out solution, oversees the work to be sure it’s done right, does some of the work along with his crew if needed, and delivers on his promises. He’s also a good communicator so I felt confident that we were in agreement regarding the scope of the walkway work and price.
I chose to leave a portion of the existing walkway as is, but we both agreed it would be better to complete it once the work was finished. He is going to try to fit it in when he has a nearby project and I have no doubt he will do that.
I would highly recommend Juan Montoya and his crew for concrete work.

J. Montoya Construction recently replaced our driveway, sidewalk and garage floor. They did a fantastic job. The crew was professional, worked hard to make our driveway look beautiful (it was hard to park our car on the driveway!), and the crew kept the work area clean. I had been holding off on replacing my front steps for over 10yrs. It turned into a safety issue. I had to search high and low for a knowledgeable company who could take care of the job at a competitive price. Mr. Montoya was professional, responsive & super attentive with his team. I had extensive work done on my home, and J. Montoya handled all of it with great professionalism. They started by renovating the basement, installing a sump pump and French drain and added a water proof membrane, they also replace all the old wood columns with new steel post making the space bigger. They resurfacing the entire basement floor, and sealing exterior cracks that were allowing water in. They also replaced the garage concrete, poured a new patio in the backyard, redid the sidewalk, added a new front step, and even rerouted the gutter downspout.

These guys were great! Came out right away, worked diligently,professionally, and honestly . Would happily recommend and use again

JWC was a great choice for us! We highly recommend this company. The team installed a storm sewer in our front yard and installed drain tiles and sump pits in our basement. They solved our seepage problem and we are thrilled! They were timely and a joy to work with. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and commend their work ethic!

Joe did some lovely tile work for me in a dated bathroom. He was prompt, professional, and polite. Most importantly, the job turned out great!

Joe was amazing! We had an urgent situation and he fit us into his schedule last minute even coming during weekends to help us out. He was thoughtful and caring in his approach to the work and incredibly considerate of our budget.

Used them for a sewer backup they cleaned up the water from the basement and all the mess on my first floor from the water coming out of the sink. They did a great job.

Our toilet overflowed for over three hours into our home it was a disaster we called Servicemaster by Zaba Their project manager Yusuf came out with two crews of guys they immediately went to work they were polite worked fast and made a terrible and stressful situation a lot easier I hope to never have any issues like this again but if I did I would immediately call Yusuf I would recommend them to my friends or family without hesitation

My wife and I were very happy with every part of the process with ServiceMaster by Zaba. From the mitigation to the reconstruction, everything went very smoothly and the work was done very well. We highly recommend their services!

It was a refreshing (pun intended) experience. The whole team was professional and prompt with all aspects of the project. Water pipe burst and they cleaned up quick and thorough. I was so impressed that i even hired them to repair the damaged walls and floor.

AMAZING! I dropped off 6 large area rugs, two of them had pet urine, one had water damage A previous company cleaned them and didn't get the odor or stains out, Lorenzo got the stains out and got rid of the odor, the other area rugs look great, got their vibrant colors back. Lorenzo is the rug whisperer!

We had a burst pipe in our office. Service master in Skokie tore out all the wet drywall and dried everything out. They also did the repairs and cleaned all our carpet. They did a great job with minimal interruption.

This ServiceMaster is my go to company for all my cleaning needs. I have a regular cleaning service that cleans surfaces, but quarterly ServiceMaster comes to my office to do a deep cleaning. I have also used them for a recent flood in our basement and they do not disappoint! They get all the hard to reach areas and leave my office smelling great! The staff are great,very thorough and trustworthy.

The recent snow caused an ice dam to form outside of my kitchen so I called ServiceMaster to come out and look at the damages. I could see the water from the ice dam had traveled to half of my kitchen ceiling and down the cabinets. As it turns out, there were other areas in my house affected by different ice dams, we had some severe water damage. While ServiceMaster was removing the affected areas, a pipe on the exterior wall for my water main busted, this was in my basement, I had water spraying everywhere. Fortunately I did not have a lot of furniture or boxes but all the paneling and drywall got wet. The guys were great, they cleaned everything up and placed equipment they also did the build back. I highly recommend them.
