Update (March 2026)
We hired Green Oak Tree Service for the third time because we had positive experiences in the past, which makes this situation even more disappointing.

On March 30th around 3 PM, their crew (led by Jose) was working near our garage removing tree roots and stumps. Immediately after the work was completed, we discovered damage to our garage siding in the exact area they were working.

We have video footage showing the siding was in good condition right before their crew began working, as well as photos showing the damage afterward. While we do not have footage of the exact moment the damage occurred due to the camera recording in short intervals, the timeline and location are very clear.

We met with Sergio (owner) on April 3rd and showed him the before footage. At that time, he agreed to fix the siding and said it would be an easy repair. However, on April 11th, he changed his position and said he would only take responsibility if we could provide full video footage of the exact moment the damage occurred.

We explained that we do not have that specific clip but provided all available evidence (before and after). Since then, we have attempted to follow up multiple times via text and phone calls with no response.

It is very frustrating to deal with damage to our property and then have the company avoid responsibility after initially agreeing to make it right. Based on this experience, I would be cautious when hiring this company, especially if any issues arise after the job is completed.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish – Highly Recommend!

I recently had Green Oak Tree Service come out to remove a tree from my property, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From the very first point of contact, Sergio's communication was outstanding. They were quick to respond, and made sure to explain every step of the process clearly, which really put my mind at ease.

The pricing was fair and transparent — no surprises, and definitely worth every penny for the high level of service they provided. The team arrived on time and worked efficiently. The tree removal and stump grinding were completed with precision, and they took extra care in ensuring no damage to my lawn or surrounding areas. After the job was done, I was impressed by the clean-up.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with their work. The service was beyond exceptional, and I highly recommend to anyone in need of tree removal or similar services. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free!

We have used Sergio and his group a couple times. We had our large trees trimmed. Also had many old bushes and plants removed. The clean up after was great. Always very professional. Had several trees and large bushes removed for an upcoming garage project. Sergio and his team were fast, friendly, efficient, and very safe. Also, their price is unbeatable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I don't usually write many reviews, but my experience with Sergio and his team warrants one. He was responsive, professional and great to deal with. He had something come up and he communicated it quickly and reached back out to me to reschedule. Then as promised came and performed the work in a timely fashion. Can't recommend enough.

Sergio and his team were absolutely great. I had a berry tree in the back of my house that I needed to cut down. It was entangling with the utility lines. They got in and removed the tree in less than 2 hours. They also cleaned up after the cut down and left my backyard better than before. Definitely will us again when will refer to anyone.

Green Oak Tree Service is awesome. They removed more than a dozen MASSIVE honeysuckle bushes, buckthorn trees, and other trees/shrubs from the perimeter of my backyard so that I can have a fence installed. It was a total thicket, but the guys at Green Oak made quick work of it. Sergio was incredibly responsive and able to schedule the removal with a quick turnaround. The job was reasonably priced, and the team arrived promptly and got the job done in two hours. Very happy and impressed with this company. Highly recommend.

Good work at a fair price. I scheduled a consultation on Tuesday and had my tree cut down as quickly as Thursday morning. Thorough cleanup, careful work around utility lines and bushes, and polite service. Will definitely hire again and recommend to others.

Sergio and his team did an Phenomenal tree service for my family and I. They arrived promptly and meticulously and efficiently removed our 60 plus Year old tree that stood 1 1/2 times taller than our Georgian home.
