Greg is not the ususual furniture cleaner. He has 20 years of experience and my 2 couches came out looking brand new after not being cleaned for 5 years. I asked Greg to look at another loveseat that was quite old and terribly discolored. He knew immediately that it wasn't dirt but discolored from a past cleaning job with the "wrong" chemicals. Greg made 2 trips to my house to remedy the problem. The loveseat looks GREAT! I highly recommend his services.

Greg came very highly recommended by several friends whose rugs and upholstery he’s cleaned. I had a leak in our house that soaked a wool area rug and he responded to me immediately and came over less than 24 hours later! He was incredibly honest with me and told me that of course he could dry it out, disinfect it, and clean it, but that I would probably never be happy because there would always be a lingering smell due to the amount of mildew and mold. I am so grateful for Greg’s honesty. You don’t find many people like him these days! Based on my own experience and how highly friends speak of him, please call him and know you’re getting the best service out there!

Greg has been helping me clean my couches, furniture and rugs for years! He is thorough, responsive and beyond trustworthy! In addition to cleaning he also is able to use a protectant on furniture and rugs to help protect against staining!!! This is so so helpful when you have kids and dogs!!! I’m really happy with this two-person cleaning team. They clean my 2-bedroom apartment and always do a thorough job—floors, bathrooms, dusting, and details you can easily miss. The kitchen is consistently left sparkling (counters, sink, appliances, and overall shine), and everything feels fresh and reset when they’re finished. I also asked last minute if they could clean the refrigerator, and they handled it without any issue and did a great job—super appreciated. They’re punctual, respectful of my space, and dependable. I’d absolutely recommend them.

Very unsatisfied with this cleaning service. There were tables that were clearly untouched because they were dusty, one of the bathrooms seemed like they didn't even try to clean it and the it didn't seem like they vacuumed at all. When we called the company, they said that maybe we need more than 6 hours of cleaning, but we have had other cleaning services complete the house in 4/5 hours while doing a much better job.

The owner of this place Mrs. YADVIGA is greety and abusive. She overcharges the customers for the service and stating that all the cleaning supplies will provided and when the cleaning person arrives to the location there's no supplies. She won't pay the cleaning person for the time worked because supposedly the work performed is horrible. That's her strategy to to hire a few people and then pocket the money.

Oh what an experience!!! A person who does not know her cleaning supplies can clean a house? Hell no!!! Elsa was sent to our house to clean today. First she took hand soap off the sink and started wiping the kitchen counters with it when all the cleaning supplies were right in front of her! When told not to do that she moved to dish washing liquid and started cleaning the oven with dish washing liquid when oxi clean was right there. When asked not to do that she just made a face!!! Then instead of vacuuming the carpets she used the broom to clean them w hich didn't do anything to the carpets!! There was stuff lying all over that wasn't cleaned. Cleaned the bathrooms tubs with windex glass liquid!! The rest of the bathroom looked like it wasn't touched!!! All my creams on the sink were spread across the entire sink!! If I could post pictures of the after cleaning it would show how bad of a job she did!! When I called the agent to complain she said you just need to tell the Girl to do a perfect job!! What am I paying you for if the person you send to Clean does not know she has to do a perfect job and she has to be told to do it!! Extremely disappointed in skokie maid service!! Would never get them again neither would recommend it to anyone!!! Instead of accepting there mistake the owner just came up with lame reasons to not accept it!! Please please do yourself a favor and not get serviced from them!!

Love that the send a team that can clean my 3 bed house in 2-3 hours

They have taken good care of my home for more than 5 years. They are thoughtful, careful, and flexible.

Initially I was very happy with their services but the last few times I have not been. There has been mis- communications between the office and the cleaning staff. The specific areas or rooms I need cleaned were not done and this has occurred on 3 different occasions. Twice, I caught the clEANING STAFF STANDING ON THE BED TO reach something which is not acceptable to me. The cost per hour is very high and I will re-think about using them again.

I asked the Green Maid to come to our new house before moving in. They charged me $286 and I honestly have no idea what we did. I specifically asked for the walls to be wiped and the floor between the washer and dryer to be cleaned. When I walked through the house after they had finished I found BOOGERS stuck to the walls, none of the walls wiped where I had asked and the area between the washer and dryer untouched. This company had no problem taking (a lot) of my money and doing literally nothing. Buyer beware.

walkthrough was quick and they didnt oversell us on stuff we didnt need. just looked at the space, asked about high traffic areas and what bothered us most about the previous company. they started the following week. crew comes in after hours which is what we wanted, and by morning everything is done. the floors are the first thing i check and they always pass. trash is handled, surfaces wiped, bathrooms are good. scheduling has been consistent and we havent had to follow up about missed visits or anything
