We did as they said, and the owner showed up to assess the situation. When I pointed out some faulty components like the valve leading to the radiator, he dismissed it, saying it wouldn't make a difference. He left without resolving anything. Don't waste your time with this company.

I got Airflow through my home warranty company, which sent me a technician right away since I needed a full hot water replacement. Jose was the one who came to my place and he was really nice and upfront about everything. The person from Sarah's end called me back with the out-of-pocket bill for the work.

When I asked why the cost was so high, considering I had a warranty, Jose explained that some of the modifications wouldn't be covered by the policy. He told me the owner claimed the insurance company needed to do $275 worth of these mods. The person from Sarah's end said if I didn't accept this amount, it would take at least a few days before the work could start.

I had to agree with them since there were holidays and my family was involved. But later on, they charged me an extra $250 deductible even though I'd already paid $150 for it. The warranty company told them I should get a refund of $150 because I only needed to pay $250 total. Then I called the owner and asked for a refund for the $275 mods charge, but he refused.

However, he did agree to give me back $100. It's my advice that you need to be careful with your charges, especially if you're using a warranty company because it seems they were trying to double charge me. The actual cost was good and Jose was excellent, but there was some miscommunication about the bill.
