We had both a water service line replacement and a sewer line repair done by Greg Hannah Plumbing and were very satisfied with both jobs. They accommodated us within a reasonable time at a fair price with the least amount of disruption to our property. The service people were friendly, competent and hard working and communicated well with us about the various steps of the projects. They also did a commendable job cleaning up after the completion of the projects. Would highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing issues.

Two separate issues: bathtub not draining and kitchen sink( when draining left side would back up into right side). Omar and Alex took care of both problems. We are very satisfied with the service from Greg Hannah's Plumbing.

The 2 gentlemen were knowledgeable, complete and courteous. They commented about the circumstances of the water heater and water flow problem. I learned from them.

Re-ignited the hot water heater. Turned main water valve on. Checked all the faucets. Explained concern about the age of the water heater and slow water flow due to corrosion in galvanized water pipes. Made recommendations.

I knew it was only a matter of time before it gave up the ghost—and sure enough, it finally croaked late last night, right when I needed a hot shower the most.

So, bleary-eyed and annoyed, I called Greg Hannah Plumbing and Sewer Services around 9:00 AM, fully expecting to be told I’d have to wait a few days for someone to come out. Instead, they said, “We’ll be there by noon,” and—true to their word—Michael and Jason rolled up right on time.

These guys were awesome. Professional but easygoing, fast but careful, and just genuinely nice humans. They replaced my dead water heater with the precision and speed of a NASCAR pit crew, but with less shouting and more plumbing knowledge. The entire job took about 90 minutes, they cleaned up after themselves like pros, and even answered my barrage of curious homeowner questions without flinching.

On top of all that, the price was more than fair. No surprises, no upselling—just great service from start to finish. I honestly didn’t think I’d ever be this excited about a water heater install, but here we are.

Bottom line: I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to call Greg Hannah Plumbing again. If you’re looking for fast, friendly, no-nonsense plumbing help, these are your people.

Artie & Gio fixed my leaky washer valve very quickly. They were friendly and professional. Artie also took the time to answer my questions about cleaning our main line. Will definitely call Hannah Plumbing again.

Aetie De La Garza from Hannah Plumbing came to my house, found the problems with my drains and was upfront, honest, infomative, and very fair on the estimate. The price to scope the main sewer line was fair. Do recommend Hannah Plumbing and Artie without hesitation. Will use them whenever i have a need for a plumber! In fact, its Artie from Hannah thats is coming over in a few days (has to pull a permit 1st) to do the reapir job and hydrojet the main line.

Everytime we call they are available in a reasonable time frame and show up during that time. Service is always outstanding. Plumbers that arrive are always knowledgeable, easy to work with, and resolve the issue quickly. Highly recommend them due to affordability and outstanding customer service!

Mike camo out in 1/2 hour to fix the drain in wash tub. It was clogged with lint. Blew it out. Cleaned up sink and I'm good to wash my laundry. I use Hannah's all the time. In my neighborhood. Prices are good too. Would totally recommend for all your plumbing needs

Mike has come out twice now to my house to help with a gas pipe issue and a toilet issue. Both times he was fast and courteous. The work has been done well and they have been really receptive to the repairs needing a quick turnaround. Would highly recommend!

I called Greg Hannah Plumbing last Friday morning with a plumbing emergency. The water main in my laundry room was leaking. Rapidly. They were able to send a two-man crew that afternoon, led by Artie. They assessed the situation quickly, and Artie explained and documented exactly what they would need to do--including best- and worst-case scenarios. He took care of getting a permit from the village and having the water turned off this morning. They arrived on time and did exactly what they said they were going to do (luckily, it turned out to be best-case scenario), starting with digging up the floor. At each phase, Artie had me go downstairs to see what they had found and what they were going to do. They showed me where the leak was, how it looked after it was fixed and insulated, and how it looked after the cement was put in. They also did a great job cleaning up and carting away everything. I highly recommend Air-Rite and am fortunate to have had Artie save the day.
