This last time, Kathy and Kellie were here. Excellent job as usual. My shower always looks so much better than when I did it. The kitchen sparkles as well. Hard to believe that we would ever go back to cleaning the house ourselves.

My house looks fantastic when the ladies are done. I don't really know what products they use, but they work great. No matter who I talk with either Jackie, Myra or Connie they make you feel like family. They have always gone above and beyond for us. We just had work done at the house. so our schedule was very crazy, and they accommodated through the entire process. When the work was done Connie and her team got my house back to normal in one visit. I wasn't able to do it on my own in one week, the dust was so bad. Merry Maids, Sycamore has been a god sent. Thank you ladies.

Merry Maids did a great job deep cleaning my home. They were thorough and friendly. For the size of my house, it was a bit on the expensive side but we were happy with the one time use. I wouldn't use them regularly based on the proce.

I have found the Merry Maids staff to be highly competent in the standard cleaning of my apartment, respond quickly to any special requests I have, and show initiative in pointing out other things in my home that might need attention. The staff are always friendly which makes me comfortable being in my home when they are cleaning. The management staff are always flexible with my schedule and keep me well informed about changes.

The Merry Maids team almost always does a great job! Only one or two issues over five years. They are very willing to adapt to my needs.

This was the first time having someone come in to clean. It was a birthday gift from my 2 daughters. Everything was done very well. The 2 girls who were here we very sweet. I definitely will use Merry Maids again. So nice to know I have a really clean house!

I have been using Merry Maids out of Sycamore, Illinois for more years than I can remember. I am very particular and a perfectionist, and I expect that in anyone that I hire. I wouldn’t have been with them this long if they weren’t always very good. Even when I have special request. I never have an issue.

Myra and Karen were a pleasure to work with. They were both caring and compassionate about my needs. The service was prompt and they were able to fit me in in a timely manner. Karen did a fantastic job and took a few hours to do what would have taken me weeks by myself

We had Juliana and Nancy deep clean the 1st floor of our home and I could not be more pleased. We didn't leave the space as clutter-free as we should have and they still did a spectacular job. Every surface is dust-free. Every floor is spotless. All the kitchen appliances shine like new.

Really can't rate their work since they never got back to me.

I work on and off long distance and Dels has always been there to keep my yard looking good .....only ever mows when its needed so it's nice to know that I'm not over paying for services not needed

wanted to use them. they came out and looked thing over said he would email us a quote. that was 2 and half weeks ago talked to him on the phone a week ago said the same thing I'll email you still nothing if they don't want the work at least they could tell you so you're not left hanging
