Chris goes above and beyond! My washer needed repair and he fixed it for a very reasonable price as well as trouble shooting another issue I was having with my sump pump.

I found Chris on Google in my search for someone to fix our wall oven and dryer. I read through the reviews and saw nothing but positive. Chris was on time, in fact he was 10 mins early. He explained everything that needed to be done in detail. He repaired both and cleaned up the mess (in the past I've had others that have left the mess for me to pickup). He was extremely kind and the bill was VERY reasonable! We will no longer call anyone else but Chris for appliance repairs!

I called Chris on a Saturday, and he came Monday morning to fix our ice machine and oven, which had both broken the previous week. He is very friendly, personable and trustworthy - the type of person you'd trust in your house if you had to leave while he was still working. His services are VERY reasonable, and this guy knows what he's doing. He fixed our ice maker and oven in under two hours. He already had all the parts we needed. Chris was great. Incredible customer service and a very reasonable price. He did not nickel and dime me for time and made me a priority when he knew I needed to have it fixed before leaving town. This is the second time I’ve hired him and will definitely hire him again if needed.

Called Arrowhead Appliance left Chris a message first thing on a Wednesday. He called me back a few hours later and we discussed the issue and agreed was most probably the pump failing on our 13 yr old Bosh 300 series Dishwasher. Chris ordered the part and said he should have it Friday and be able to come out for the Service call the following Monday with the new pump. Chris arrived late Monday morning as promised a half hour early. Chris is a very likeable guy and we hit it off immediately. We are both Veterans and actually the same age born 4 days apart. Felt like I’ve known the guy my whole life. Chris jumped in right away and began tearing the dishwasher apart. Since I’m no stranger to electro-mechanical machinery I rolled up my sleeves and gave Chris some assistance. This was no easy task there was a lot of tear down involved. Chris had the pump replaced and ready for testing by the end of the day. I ran a full wash cycle test fully functional again and NO leaks. Well done Chris! VERY reasonably priced on the part and Service call. I would definitely call Chris again for any Appliance Service needs. Thank You Chris!!
