Received service for Drain pump and hose replacement on our dishwasher. Paid $280 for part/labor . was excited to loaded the dishwasher. However, the guy DID NOT attached the hose properly and had to clean up a water mess. not acceptable when you pay for Labor.

Paulsen Appliance sent me here when they were a week out on repairs and then again a week later, telling me they only service what they sell. I've been very happy with the level of service Knodle's has provided and will use them exclusively in the future.

I was initially hesitant to call these guys because of the other reviews, but I gave them a shot since we try to do things locally whenever possible. I was very happy! The service person was on time, pleasant, worked quickly, and identified and fixed the problem right away! We will use them again.

Our Maytag dryer went out (didn't dry clothes). Rather than get rid of it and buy a new one, or call a service person, I consulted my friend (Internet/YouTube) and fixed it myself. Gas solenoids were faulty. Simple fix once I got into the guts of the dryer. Knodle's was more expensive than Amazon, but it was 15 minutes away, and Amazon couldn't deliver it for 5 days. Still, much cheaper than a service call.

The technician (DJ) who came out to diagnose the evacuator pump issue with my dishwasher said I had a plumbing issue instead, despite explaining the pipes were recently routed out in case I did in fact have a plumbing issue. He offered to fix the most minor problem (a start button that sometimes malfunctions) instead of repairing the problem that makes my kitchen and basement flood about twice a month, for $75. Instead I found a dishwasher in good condition on Facebook marketplace for $50. Amazingly, the new dishwasher is able to pump the water out after each cycle, even though I haven't called a plumber!

Edit to add that the company never offered to send out another technician until after we installed a dishwasher on our own and disproved their diagnosis.

I gave these guys a second chance after a previous review I had posted.They have made everything right in my book. There was some issues with a new repair guy that wasn't fully trained or something. Anyway I have had them out several times since for multiple repairs and they always fix the problem. Thanks for making things right knodles! Keep up the good work!

Thank you knodles for the great service. Your repairman Michael was at my house on Tuesday and repaired my oven in a timely manner and it didn't break the bank. He also explained exactly what he was doing and why. From the initial phone call to when Michael left I never felt like I was being taken advantage of and the bill was less than I was anticipating. I will recommend your service department in the future.

Trent from Knodles is here right now, he was punctual and is very polite and I think he fixed our dryer!! The last person who came (provided by our warranty) said it need a bunch of new parts! I am SO happy we got Knodles to come, and actually look at our dryer and fix it instead of guessing and ordering new parts!! I won’t hesitate to call them next time!! I am very happy!!

Trent came to fix my relatively new clothes washer as even small, light loads threw the washer off balance; large loads could not be re-balanced and they continued to go off balance. The screws that held the motor in place had come loose and he tightened them. He asked me to run a load and to then call him to let him know if the problem was fixed. I washed a heavy load and the washer ran perfectly! I feel like I have a new washer for just the cost of a service call. Trent was polite, friendly, answered my multiple questions, and showed genuine concern that my problem get solved. He had called me before coming to set a time and arrived promptly. I definitely give Knodle's 5 stars.

I was told I needed to purchase a new washers, due to a stripped gear box. Next time try more than a socket driver. All I needed was a new agitator base (striped spline gear). Part cost less than the service call.
