Highly professional and knowledgeable on the subject of my refrigerator/freezer. The parts were ordered promptly with great follow up and concern for all of my questions. All of my questions were answered and explain fully leaving no doubt the solution worked. Great customer service as I received a phone call the following day to make sure everything was working properly, which it is. This is my first time using Knodles Service and I would highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with Knodle's repair tech. He arrived masked up, was friendly and professional, and had our oven fixed in under an hour. He had the needed replacement piece available, so we didn't even need to wait for the part, or a follow up appointment. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend!

He helped me with my washer. My dryer he was honest that while he could fix it, he didn’t advise me to do so as I would have more issues down the road.

Our refrigerator's ice maker was not working. Called one day & the technician was out the next business day. Did his best to repair it, needed to replace it. A new unit had to be ordered. Two days later we had a new ice maker. The service was excellent & professional! We will definitely contact them for future appliance repairs.

The technician they sent out was extremely helpful and responsive to my needs. I believe his name was Daniel. The part I needed was on back order indefinitely. Instead of giving up they called whirlpool over and over again until they were able to get my part for me. Not only were they professional and quick on their end, they dealt with the warranty company so I didn’t have to! I could not recommend more.

These people are truly fantastic. From scheduling to repairing, easy to work with and honest. Michael is very intelligent and knows what he's doing. I wouldn't use anybody else for all my appliances.

Finney's has always come through for all our electrical needs! They installed a generator that needed service from Steiner, which was the only device provider nearby. Steiner charged us for not just for the time they worked on our generator, but the driving time also. When Dave Finney realized this he found a Steiner employee that lived nearby and we were charged much less. This is just one example of their commitment to good service. I recommend Finney's for all your electrical needs!

UNRELIABLE AND DIFFICULT TO SCHEDULE. I called Finney’s electric to do several small jobs and one large job in Nov 19. They were too busy at the time to do the large job, but did show up for the smaller work. They never called back to reschedule the large job as promised. I began calling to reschedule it in the spring, but due to COVID19 they were understandably unavailable and asked me to call back. In May, I called back and was told maybe in June. In June I called back and was told by the secretary she would call to schedule 29 June. She did and scheduled me for 1 July. During that phone conversation, she asked if I had attic access. They were supposed to show up at 0700, but at ten after they called to tell me they couldn’t do the work because it would require them to get in the attic and it was too hot. The forecast has been for hot weather since she scheduled the appointment! Why schedule me for the work in the first place, then? That is a day loss of MY work because they couldn’t be bothered to check the weather or reschedule before the day of the appointment …as well as my lost time trying to schedule them in the first place. I should have called someone else and recommend you do as well.

Finney Electric was responsive, timely, & kind in their service to my church. Two other electricians recommended them when a specialized service was needed.
