Reviews of local pros in Waterloo, Illinois

Great staff. Always very nice and great results!! Would recommend this company

I am over the top pleased with the job done! Would recommend to anyone looking for a reputable cleaning service.

Great company to work with. They are very professional and thorough. I highly recommend them to everyone for residential and commercial services.

After the way they treated certain employees I strongly recommend not using this group highly unprofessional, do not stand by their word, and horrible morals. Waste of time. Do not give them your business.

Tom is so easygoing and has great communication skills. He and his wife put their heart into their business.

Never personally used this business but the way they JERK around certain employees is unacceptable. Extremely unprofessional, and will string you along until it no longer benefits them. Will never ever recommend based on the way (ex)employee was treated.

Clements Cleaning cleaned my newly purchased home, doing a move in cleaning. The house is so fresh and new, feels move in ready now! Highly recommended!

Clements Cleaning does an awesome job. The cleaners are friendly and professional! I would recommend them to anyone.

They did a great job on our house; they were very thorough and went above and beyond in places I wouldn't have thought of checking. Easy to work with, and cares about the job they do.

I use this company at my office and my home. They do a great job. They are also very flexible if I ever need to move my dates. The office and my house are both left very clean!

I thought my house was clean until I had Clements Cleaning perform a deep clean. What a difference it has made! My house smells and feels...brighter. Fall allergies have been minimal and pets? What pets? Thanks, Clements Cleaning!

The attention to detail by Angie and her crew is impressive. Tom is honest and direct so there are no surprises. It is a pleasure to deal with experienced professionals.

Tom has a great sense of humor and knows how to run a business - no muss, no fuss. Very efficient for busy people!

I was impressed with the deep clean done on my home this week. The service crew was prompt, polite, and worked very hard. I was very pleased with the final result. I plan on having them come on a recurring basis.

They did a great job with the deep clean. I was very pleased with the service. The girls were very sweet & professional. Everything was done just as explained in the walk-through. I now have time to concentrate on other things than cleaning.

Clements Cleaning does a fantastic job! They are very professional & on time. I would not let anyone else clean my home! I appreciate it every time they come out! Thank you Clements Cleaning!!

The workers are very pleasant and do a very good job of cleaning. They always let you know who is coming in advance and what time they will be here. And they are on time! Communication with the service is excellent and will work with you if you have to change a date. They are also trustworthy.

Lindsey came alone, due to some other problems with staff. I felt so badley for her, so I told her to skip cleaning the guest room and utility room and the 2nd tub. She was here a little under 2 hours and did a super job!!!!! She was so apologetic that she was alone and very kind! Great job, Lindsey!!!!!!!
