Reviews of local pros in Waterloo, Illinois

We have Clements Cleaning deep clean our restaurant and they do an amazing job, the attention to detail from the ceiling down to the floor registers, absolutely spotless. The crew and owners take great care of the interior and are very respectful. They have spent alot of time researching the products they use and when and what surfaces to use them on. More than Happy every time they come clean and would highly recommend.

Tom Clemens runs a fantastic cleaning service! His attention to detail and commitment to quality really stand out. If you’re looking for a reliable cleaning service, Clemens Cleaning is a great choice!

Clements Cleaning is great! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home cleaning service. They are incredibly thorough and professional. We’ve used other companies for routine cleaning of our home in the past and none of them have had the consistent quality that we’ve received from Tom and the people at Clements Cleaning.

We hired Clements Cleaning to clean our house on a regular basis, and have been thrilled with their work. Our house is always sparkling clean when they leave, and I’ve been impressed by their attention to detail and customer service. We’d recommend Clements to anyone looking for a cleaner.

What a great experience I had with setting up my cleaning with Tom Clements. Very professional! I am so thrilled I found this wonderful local cleaning service! I would highly recommend Clement's Cleaning!

We've been using Clements Cleaning for bi-weekly cleaning of our house for about 7 years and my office for about 2 years. Can't say enough about Brandy and Tom's team. They always do a great job and the attention to detail is amazing. Let's face it, if they didn't clean some of the things they do I'm sure they'd NEVER get cleaned! Thanks again to you and your team for great, reliable cleaning service!

I’ve known Tom for a while now & will say he’s reliable and really cares about his customers. He is quick to respond and goes out of his way to get the job done right! I would highly recommend him & his services!

They are friendly, flexible and professional. We love the team at Clements!

Great cleaning! Awesome ladies. My house sparkled and was spotless. Very happy!

My house cleaner who worked for me for 15 years retired last year and I did my research on local companies and found Clements Cleaning and I have not been disappointed! I really liked the fact that they’ve been in business for over 10 years, they’re obviously doing something right! From the very beginning with the online scheduling, the meet and greet with Tom and the quick, professional replies to my questions from Brandy, they have met all of my expectations and more! I have had my house cleaned every 2 weeks since last July and not once has there been any issues, their crew has been nothing but professional, reliable and hard working! I would recommend this business to anyone in need of a house cleaner!

Have had Clement’s for a couple years and am really satisfied with their work… they pay attention to what my needs are and any specific requests I have. Everyone I come into contact with is pleasant and does their job well… any concerns I have are addressed in a timely manner

We hav had Clements clean our home for several years. Long time satisfied customer.

May 2025, Awesome service, a crew of two women came to my duplex to clean. I did not feel i had strangers in my home but two caring young ladies who gave me a clean and fresh smelling home. I am beyond appreciative. I 💜 highly recommend Clements Cleaning service. Thank You all so very much ❤️

We have used many different cleaning services. Clements is the best. Very professional and people you can trust in your home. They clean everything better than I can on my best day. There is no comparison.

We recently had our basement finished by Classic Construction, and I truly cannot say enough good things about our contractor and his team. From the very first consultation through the final walkthrough, the entire process was smooth, organized, and stress-free.

Their communication was exceptional. They kept us informed at every stage, were always quick to respond to questions, and made sure we understood timelines, options, and costs before moving forward.

The craftsmanship and attention to detail really stand out. Every aspect of the finished space looks thoughtfully done—from the flooring to the trim work and finishing touches. They treated our home with respect, kept the work area clean, and clearly take pride in what they do.

Most importantly, they turned our vision into a beautiful, functional space that our family will enjoy for years to come.

Thank you doesn’t seem like enough, but we searched long & hard for the right company to do this work for us, & we are so incredibly happy that we found Patrick with Classic Construction. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and professional contractor & we would hire them again without hesitation!

Very satisfied with quality of work. Answered all questions concerning parts, time and cost prior to start of job. I would and will use Classic Construction again.

Great experience with Classic Construction. Everything was simple from begining to end. Patrick pays attention to details and does great work. I would definitely recommend.

Very good working man. He's thorough and does a wonderful job through his days at our home installing a walk-in shower.
You can't go wrong hiring him.

Patrick was great to work with. He listened to what we wanted and worked in a professional manner.
