This is grub control? Terrible customer service and will not respond with any meaningful action to correct an application that was clearly never done or not done properly. My yard is trashed. Look elsewhere for service.

I pre-paid $355 in 2024 for a year (what they called a program) of fertilizing with six applications, four in 2024, and two this year. I did not renew the program. They came in June of this year and charge $33 to my credit card. They asked me to write a review, I can only give one star for this kind of business operation. They just needed to finishing the fertilizing for $355, nothing more than that.

Resumed services on Monday through their 800 number. They still send a sales person named Dave to my home two days later. I’m in a meeting and they proceed to ring the doorbell twice and doesn’t go away. I answer and tell them I’ve already got services and tell your branch to not send anyone further. What happens two days later? Another person shows up named Issac Alcantra who I tell the same thing to. He proceeds to be rude ahole and argue with me, trying to give me a lecture on how I should call my rep over and over. I don’t have a rep, I called the 800 number. The harassment from this West Chicago branch is absolutely ridiculous. Can’t wait to file a police report when they inevitably show up again.

We like the text message the day before to let us know they are coming. We loved that they came promptly the next day and left detailed notes on the condition of our lawn and how to take care of it!

Patrick did an excellent job explaining what treatment was being applied and when the dogs could be let out on the lawn! He was also careful when applying the grub control to make sure it didn’t get on our sidewalks, driveway or patio.

My service was thorough. The service guy, Bryan was very informative and pleasent. He did forget to put the lawn steaks in the ground saying that it was treated. I, in his defense, may have distracted him by asking him questions about his job. But he was very kind and professional.

My next-door neighbor uses TruGreen - After her service this morning, I took my dog outside to find yellow fertilizer all over my front lawn. I watched back my surveillance cameras to see the tech easily 4 feet into my lawn. Add in the wind, and a good portion of my lawn is affected. I do not and never will use chemicals on my lawn - Unacceptable for a tech to fertilize anywhere other than on the property where they are hired. I reached out to TruGreen and was hung up on the first time and the second time told they cannot help unless my neighbor calls personally since it is her service. Horrible customer service and irresponsible techs!

I have used TruGreen for a number of years for my large lawn. They do 6 treatment/season, and have always been reliable, professional, and leaving me with a job well done. When there is an occasional problem, they respond courteously and quickly. We rarely anymore expect the level of quality customer service that I get from TruGreen, particularly from a large company, and we find the pricing and value terrific. Thank you, TruGreen, you make our lives easier!!

I want to thank you for coming out and taking care of my lawn. Ever since you started to come my grass has looked so beautiful, and thank you for taking the time to explain to me what I need to do to keep my grass looking good. Thanks for everything that you have done. See you again soon

I had a insecticide applied to two of my trees today.
Under the precautions and what I recommend section of my receipt it states that that I should mow my lawn at a certain height and water the lawn after application.
I am wondering what this would have to do with the tree insecticide I had applied to my trees?

My service person was Davonta Faulkner he does a fantastic job!!
Always stops & gets hand sprayer & sprays the peripheral of the whole yard

Then spot sprays dandelions also when using spreader!

Before the Specialist began, he rang the doorbell to ask if I had any questions about today's CSR ice which allowed me to let him know about a concern we had with a pesty weed we had noticed and let us know that he would take care of it. The kind of service everyone expects.

We have been a customer with TruGreen now for three years - overall we are satisfied with the service. The techs that come to our home always take the time to explain the services they are performing.

Jorge worked on my yard today and he did an outstanding job he worked until I was satisfied with the job. He made sure that I saw each part of the Lawn that needed work and that he had addressed the problem. I am very pleased with the amount of care he took to ensure that it was a job well done

True Green has provided excellent lawn/tree care throughout the last few years of service provided. The employees are resourceful and caring with our properties and they provide reliable services. They were instrumental in getting rid of weeds and the pesty dandelions and grubs. Would recommend to anyone needing these services.

Plus, he left his card to email him anytime with questions! Who does that???? He’s a diamond!! And I also appreciate that he told me things without talking down to me. He taught me like a teacher. Even offered to adjust my lawnmower to the right height!! So happy!!!

This is what you paying for from Trugreen service. Picture said it all and they don't even care to bother to test what cause it or look at the issue rather than keep putting the fertilizer. Now the issue is customer problem and all you get is some Grass seeds to do it yourself. It took them 5 Specialist to find out what the problem was.

I have been a customer for a long time but our lawn looks horrible. Customer Service does nothing! And when a lawn care provider does come out, they don't address the issues reported nor make contact as requested.
Time to find greener grass on the other side with a new lawn company.

TruGreen has improved the condition and appearance of our lawn areas. However, we still have some weeds after several lawn treatments.
