Quality of work was excellent, price was fair, and scheduling was easy. They did an awesome job, came in with right equipments and worked so fast, will definitely recommend to others.

This a very good local company for St. Charles area. I called about 4 large trees that needed to be cut down. They came and gave an honest estimate and showed up on time with very skilled workers. You could tell they knew what they were doing. They also cleaned up the site when done. I will now use them for all my future tree service.

Horacio and the team were great to work with. We needed a large tree removed and they were quick to schedule time, efficient while they were here, and went above and beyond to manage some challenges with our yard. I’d highly recommend their team!

This has to be the best tree service out there. I had 9 trees removed and six trees trimmed. They took extra care not to damage any trees and bushes, or even tulips that were close by. The price was great, and the team of men were exceptional. I’ve recommended twice already. They even crawled the tree to make sure there were no babies in a nest, before deciding to take it down. I’ll be hiring them again in the future!

I highly recommend Super Star Tree Services, Horacio was very responsive and was able to workaround my budget at a reasonable price. I’ve worked with other tree services before and unfortunately had a bad experience but Super Star’s team are very professional and was able to do the job with no delay. Also Noe was very friendly and was kind enough to make some recommendations on other trees around the property. I will definitely use their service again in the future and I highly recommend them.

The Super Star Tree Service did an excellent job for us in trimming three mature trees and removing a large silver maple. The crew arrived on schedule, worked efficiently, were friendly and respectful of our wishes, carefully and expertly removed large tree branches and an entire tree without disturbing nearby structures and foliage, removed all logs, branches, chips, and bark, and cleaned up the entire work area. We are very happy with the work that they did and would highly recommend them.

Superstar did a great job taking down two trees in my backyard! There were many obstacles like power lines and a fence but they were safe and didn’t damage anything. Best price and service!

Super Star did a lot of different work for us! We had 5 old trees removed, including a huge oak that was pretty treacherous toward the top and overhanging our house and a tree tucked in a wooded area that was overhanging a detached garage. They also pruned large branches, completed taking out a row of bushes I had started, removed an enormous tree that had fallen in a windstorm and some other big and smaller fallen branches, and cleared a sprawling neglected brush pile. At our request, they cut some of the fallen tree into fire wood and stacked it neatly for us. The team worked efficiently, was very polite, left the place looking great. I recommend them without reservation and will definitely use them again (but I hope not soon).

They did a great job in removing my partially dead trees. They made sure everything was safe since my trees were all next to the electrical lines. They cut down the trees in step- by- step ways. They also cleaned out really well the area and the surroundings of my trees. They’re also very respectful when it comes to my property such as my plants and flowers. This is a 6 star tree service on a scale of 5! They carefully take care of everything and have you worry free! Especially having to deal with obstacles like power lines, shed, privacy fence, etc. They even cover up your home siding and vinyl fence so there are no marks as they drag each branch out. Very professional and outstanding service! Thank you so much for the tremendous work! Highly recommended!

Horacio is a pleasant and professional man to deal with. He provided me the contract and his liability insurance promptly which I required before he started the job. He showed up on time; promptly at 7:30 am and finished around the time he said he would considering the job at hand was complex.

When I got home from work, my property was clean of any debris and I am very happy with this company. They also took the time to cut some firewood for my fire pit so I can use it next year and they stacked it next to the fence where I asked them to. Great job over all!!

I didn’t give them 5 stars only because the crew forgot to move the old swing set back to where it was originally, but I’m getting rid of that anyways, so it’s not a huge issue.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for their type of service. I already spoke with Horacio to come back next year to cut down a second tree! Perhaps his crew can put my swing set back, if I still have it, LOL.

Super Star Tree Service did a great job. Horacio and his crew showed up on time with all the equipment needed to take down a mature maple tree and a pine tree. Everyone was very professional, and got the job done on a timely manner, and most importantly, they took the stub out and clean any excess dirt, so it’s ready to plant grass seeds. Very happy with the work and I highly recommend them.

Superstar Tree Service and Horacio were a great choice to have remove my tree. Horacio responded within minutes of request for quote and provided the best price out of all 5 companies I spoke with. The tree was taken care of within 2 days of quote. Other companies told me they would bring only two people to cut the tree at Superstar’s price, however Superstar brought a big team which gave us great reassurance that the job would get done right, and it did. The stump was grinded perfectly and the cleanup went very smooth, nothing left behind. Would happily work with these gentlemen in the future and recommend them to neighbors, friends, and family.
