These guys are fantastic. They truly care about their reputation and take so much pride in their work. I’ve used them multiple times —most recently for a chandelier, wall sconce and ceiling fans. They even took the time to show me how the remote for the fan worked. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of electrical work—big or small.

Mission accomplished!! We have FINALLY found a great electrical company, and it is CLC Total Electric. We needed to have an entire fuse box replaced, along with related work. From promptly getting a fair quote from Gabe, to having Gabe and Gilbert complete the job, it was flawless and stress-free. Their professional experience and attention-to-detail speak for itself. They are not big on pricey advertising … only on achieving excellent results!! We will use them again when the need arrives, and highly recommend them to others!!

Such a great group. The co-partners/owners do the work together so we didn’t get any outsourced crews. They came for a few things: converting some rooms to dual light/fan dimmer switches, high ceiling fan bulb replacements, converting some old wiring for a new smoke detector, and installing a super high chandelier.

Given the older nature of the home and some shady previous DIY work, they had to modify some things but even improved the security of a few of our 20 foot high ceiling fans and 30 foot tall chandelier area which all were far out of code and dangerously fixed.

I messaged 4 top electrical crews and these guys were the only ones that responded and managed to slot me into their schedule very fast. I will not work with anyone else for future projects.

His amazing electrician, John was very friendly and kind, not to mention, his superior electrician skills. John had to come back and brought the needed parts with him charging me only what he paid. I was in need of an outdoor outlet for Halloween decorations and reached out to numerous local contractors and Frank from Adrian Electric gave us a prompt response and was out the next day with very fair pricing. He did a Great job communicating with us and was on time! We are happy with the finished product and would definitely refer anyone to Frank. Also, a special mention to the knowledgeable electrician that came out along with Frank.

I had an exceptional experience with Frank @ Adrian. Was having some serious issues with my home electrical service which at first was believed to be only isolated to a few circuit breakers that were causing the main breaker to trip. Frank came out to observe and provided me (3) possible solutions and pricing for each. At that time we agreed to wait and replace the circuit breakers at a later date however a few days later, the breaker issues got tremendously worse and were causing my interior lights to flicker and warmed up the entire breaker set. The peak of the failure - and personal panic - happened on a Saturday night and Frank still took my call, provided me his recommendation in light of the degradation, and was able to adjust his schedule to fit me in that following Monday.

We ended up replacing the entire electrical service - all new circuit breakers and panel which was a big undertaking. The coordination that needed to be done with both the City of Naperville and their electrical Dept couldn't have gone smoother. It was clear that Frank's reputation with them was superior which allowed for quick approvals and inspections to minimize downtime to my house. The Electrical Inspector went out of his way to tell me that he was impressed with Frank's work and professionalism once he approved the work.

Frank is a solid guy, family-man, and a true-pro. Fair and honest pricing, tremendous experience and knowledge, and great people skills. I'd recommend him to anyone and will be certain to use him for anymore electrical needs.

We were very happy with the service provided by Adrian Electric and plan to use them again. While doing some prep work for painting, we lost power to our thermostat and heat to the house. We called Adrian Electric and Frank, the owner, quickly sent someone over to help us address the issue and restore heat. John checked out the wiring and was able to isolate the issue to an error code on the furnace that needed attention. They referred us to Borter Heating & AC, who quickly came out and found a blown fuse. Frank later called to make sure we got the help we needed and the issue was resolved.

Frank came out to do an inspection of a generator transfer switch we had installed by another contractor. We had problems with the other contractor who installed the generator transfer switch, and another company we use for non-generator electric work (Kinetic Energy... they are great, but don't do generators!) referred us to Frank. Frank checked the work, which fortunately was solid, and helped me understand how to use the transfer switch. Frank was outstanding. He really knew his stuff and I wish we had gone with him in the first place (we went with the unnamed "other" contractor because they were in our town). He spent a good 45 minutes with me and never charged me! I strongly recommend him.

We had Adrian Electric come and install a Tesla Wall Connector in our garage. They were very professional, knowledgeable and kept us updated at every step. We also ended up paying less than the original quote. We will definitely use them again for future electrical work and would highly recommend their business.

I’m so happy with the service from this company! Frank from Adrian Electric was very easy to talk to on the phone as I shared the electrical issues we were having. He really took the time to listen and was incredibly thoughtful. After arranging for a technician to come first thing in the morning, he called me back and said he would send someone in 30 minutes to fix my issue so I wouldn’t have to go without internet or downstairs lights for a night. And not only that but he gave me a great caprice despite it being after hours and when John arrived, he fixed everything quickly and professionally. He even tightened wires that were not part of the issue but that might have caused something bad in the future. I’m very grateful to the service I received from this company and will definitely use them for any electrical needs moving forward.

We called Adrian Electric because of some Electrical issues that occurred while changing some fixtures. Not only was Frank great to work with and went over all our options, he was also able to have technicians come out that same day. They were prompt, professional, and were able to get everything working properly for a very fair price. Frank continued to check in to go over everything with us and make sure we were happy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an honest and professional electrician. Frank and his crew at Adrian Electric were fantastic. I can't praise them enough for the experience we had changing out our outdoor ComEd meter pedestal and upgrading our service amps to the house. They coordinated with ComEd for us and scheduled the outage in the morning and the turn up after repair in the early afternoon.
Frank is a very personable and caring guy and had great communication throughout the estimate , coordination, and implementation process. We did get competitive quotes and Frank was very fair priced. He made sure the job was finished and we were satisfied customers.

Frank and his team were amazing! My 85 year old mom was having electrical issues after a power outage in her town. When the town restored her power, only 1/2 of the power returned to her home. When we called Frank at 6:15 am, he picked up immediately and went into action. He arrived at the house at 11:00, ran some diagnostics and realized he would need to trace lines inside the house to find the problem. He had another appointment, so he called on 2 of his electricians to come to the house to complete the job. Within 1- 1/2 hours, the problem was identified, fixed, and power was restored. Frank and his team were knowledgeable, very professional, and compassionate, wanting to correct the problem the same day for my Mom. And finally, the invoice that was delivered was very reasonable for the work that was completed. I'd recommend Adrian Electric to anyone who is having electrical issues.

EV CHARGER INSTALLATION:
Initially it started with a bit of communication gap, but we were able to rectify the communication break, once we reconnected.
- Frank and worked and we talked numerous times over the phone in order to get the project installation done right!

We called Frank to upgrade our panel and install an outlet in a tricky location, our hall closet. Frank was very professional and helpful from our first conversation. He asked to see a few pictures of the project we were describing and then to get a better understanding he came to our downtown condo to gives a detailed description of the work and a quote on the service.

For reference, we live in a downtown Chicago high-rise with concrete ceilings and several building regulations on what construction can be done. Frank was very helpful in adhering to our building requirements and designing a plan to give us exactly what we wanted without any destruction to our walls, etc. He and his team prepped the work area to make sure our home was protected from the project and they explained exactly what they were doing to make sure we were completely comfortable with the project. They completed the work quickly and efficiently and then cleaned up the site after completion.

The quick response time and attention to detail was unlike any other company I have worked with before. They gave us an extremely fair price and the quality of their work is exceptional!

Frank and his team expertly installed a Tesla wall charger and the necessary electrical wiring & breaker. I was impressed they knew ahead of time that where I wanted the charger placed wouldn't work because the Tesla charge cord wouldn't be long enough to reach the back of the car. They found the best spot in our garage for convenient charging, ran the conduit to that point unobtrusively, and it works perfectly. They were prompt, very friendly professionals who got the job done quickly for a reasonable price. I highly recommend!
