Electrical reviews in Wheaton, Illinois

I recently had Adrian Electric install an EV Charger in my home and I am impressed with their work. They had to run 60amp power from the main electric panel at one end of the house to the garage at the other end of the house and through a finished basement drywall/ceiling. Despite these obstacles, Frank and his team were able to keep the number of drywall cuts to a minimum, resulting in a clean finish. In addition to their good work, Frank completed the project within the estimated timeline and at a cost that was more favorable compared to quotes I received from other electrical contractors. The team was professional and knowledgeable.

I’m a first time poster, but felt compelled given the service I got from Frank and his team! They did a great job of installing an EV charger in my garage. The project was complicated and other installers were asking for much higher prices. He took the time to first come in and assess the potential project (some others just gave range of fees based on some questions without even coming to check!), and then was transparent in that he would conditionally start if he could find a clean way. Clearly his team did find a clean way and when it was all done- it is working well. I would recommend using him and his team, as in my opinion they care about doing the right thing.

We were thoroughly impressed with Frank Adrian and his employee who came to our home and helped with a bit of electrical work, including replacing our entire electrical panel. He was incredibly responsive, very honest and fair, evaluated our entire basement, electrical panel and a few other items on our home and then recommended work needed and work that could be upgraded if we chose to do so. He was very fair in pricing and really on top of the work, respectful of our home, time and space and really just gave us a great feeling working with him. We have since highly recommended him to a few friends and neighbors and will continue to do so!

It was a pleasure working with Frank Adrian and the team at Adrian Electric, Inc. for my service needs. Frank responded right away by phone and text to my initial email inquiry, followed by multiple text messages, phone conversations, and a site visit to plan and consult leading up to the service appointment. Once we set an appointment date and time for the work, Frank's team was on time, efficient, thorough, and did a great job without any issues.

Friendly, courteous, responsive, and professional would be how I would describe Frank and his team. I highly recommend Adrian Electric, Inc. for your service needs.

Update: After Frank was so helpful on my first incident, I ended up rehiring him for some updates on another project. He and his team were very careful, trusting, and reliable. Also, they both made sure that I was happy with the end product and made sure I had everything I wanted. There were a couple last minute changes and they were happy to adjust the plan with no issues. Not to mention Frank is very well priced compared to the others I looked into. He’s definitely someone you can count on and trust to have good workers to get the job done. I will recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician.

Frank was very helpful in helping me solve the issue of a socket burning smell in the house. He also taught me how this house was set up since it has cloth wiring. He was then generous enough to look into some grounding questions on the original inspection of the house at no cost. Very kind and helpful for someone new to the area. Very reasonably priced for a house visit and the questions that I had. I will definitely work with this company again for any electrical issues that come up in the house.

Frank and his team did a fantastic job with upgrading our electrical panel for a reasonable cost so my husband and I could purchase an electric stove. Frank and his team also installed outlets in our basement. Frank and his team were very professional completing the work with excellent quality and cleaning up afterwards. Frank is very responsive and came out the next day after I called to give us a quote. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know needing electrical work done!

I called Adrian Electric this morning and talked to Frank. Two electricians came out this afternoon and did 3 projects: hooked up a cooktop, replaced a bathroom light and put in a ceiling fan in 2 hours. They did a very good job for a fair price. So thankful for the quick response. I would highly recommend them!

Adrian Electric did a phenomenal job installing my Tesla wall charger. Frank and his team provided a wonderful experience from start to finish. Not only did they do a wonder job but their customer service is the best in the business. They answered all my questions in a timely manner with great knowledge and professionalism. After the installation, the crew went above and beyond to take the time to clean up. If you are looking for an electrician, Adrian Electric is the way to go.

Highly recommend Frank and the Adrian Team!! We had a tricky issue with a generator and Frank saw it through to resolve!! Integrity is the word that comes to mind!!! Thank you Frank!!

Frank was friendly, professional, and someone I felt confident in. He kept us informed of scheduling in a timely manner. Frank checked to make sure the work was completed to our satisfaction. Pricing was very fair and reasonable, offering senior discount without being asked. I will recommend Frank to my family, friends, and neighbors. 😊

Frank and his team are the kindest crew Imaginable! Look NO further you found the guys for electrical needs! Just trusting really good dudes for real! They saw I had new siding and went above and beyond to get paint the electric to the same color to match. I’ll try to add those photos Here! Also so much cheaper than competitors and were out in a few days. Others just never even call back! Great service thanks Frank and crew!

Very happy with Adrian Electric. I found them on a recommendation from a family member. Frank was very responsive when I called. The tech he sent was very professional and respectful of my home. He quickly found the ghost and fixed an open neutral situation. I fully recommend Adrian Electric and will use them again.

Excellent experience! Frank and his team were fantastic to work with. I recently purchased my home and wanted to upgrade my panel. Frank came over, took his time explaining my options, and was very patient answering all of our questions.

When working with Frank- his experience and knowledge sets him apart. He makes this a personal relationship. He will work very hard to
make sure everything is done safe and correctly.

Johnny and his partner (Franks crew) were excellent to work with as well. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, timely, and reliable.

I also had a separate issue before the panel upgrade due to some handyman work gone wrong on a Friday night (my fault). Frank was extremely helpful on the phone that evening and was at my house by 730 on Saturday to fix the issue.

Professional, reasonable, affordable, knowledgeable, friendly, and great electrical work are how I would describe from Adrian electric!

I would 100% recommend using Adrian electric for any electrical plowed.

I needed some light switches rewired as they were not functioning and tripping the breaker. Frank sent John out the same day I called. The job was done quickly and most importantly correctly. This was of the best service experiences I have had. I will not hesitate to hire Adrian again and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had Frank and his guys come out to install an EV charger for our new Tesla Model Y and we couldn’t be happier with our experience and the end result. They got out to us quick and completed the work in one morning. Frank was also prompt and communicated clearly in the lead up to our install date which gave us complete comfort that the job would be handled properly.

Frank and his team were nothing short of phenomenal and surpassed every expectation. First frank helped me navigate getting approval from my HOA as well as the permits for the town. During the day of installation the Johnny, Yurie and Frank were punctual, polite, professional, clean and respectful. Prices were upfront and reasonable and the service far exceeded any experience I’ve had in the past. Not only will I continue to use Adrian electric in the future but I will be referring any friends and family directly here for an electrician you can trust !

Adrian Electric was great to work with. I spoke with Frank & he was able to schedule an electrician to come out quickly to assess the issues we were having in our home. They did a thorough job addressing our issues, identifying potential problems and explaining everything in the process! We would definitely recommend Adrian Electric and plan to work with them if we have any future needs!

Great folks to work with. Called them in the morning and they had arrived within 20 minutes and fixed our issue quickly. They even helped us with a great price since the issue only took a few minutes to resolve…I will not use anyone other than Adrian Electric!!

After the most recent storms we had our power lines knocked down and Frank and his team were out there the same evening starting the work to get us back up. They are very honest and I will also add kind. Frank came to my home and I was really taken back at how sincere and nice he was. This was a bad thing that happened to us and Frank really made us feel better about the whole process. Thank you again you guys are really the best.

Frank helped upgrade my electric service to 200 amps and was extremely professional and communicative throughout the entire experience. A true expert of his craft. His team is fantastic as well. Hire Frank for any electrical needs, you won’t be disappointed!
