This was my first time working with Climate Champions, what a great experience! Miguel came out, was so professional, kind, and extremely thorough. He made sure everything was tested and working perfectly. I trust and would recommend this company to anyone that asks! 5+ star service!

Excellent customer service and extremely thorough. Miguel is polite and explained everything so I could understand. He was cleanly, was sure to wear shoe covers to keep my floors protected. Did an excellent cleanup when he was finished. I would highly recommend for any furnace or AC maintenance or install.

After we had to shut our faulty furnace off, they went above and beyond by offering to provide space heaters for the night to keep us comfortable. They had a brand-new furnace installed and ready to go less than 24 hours after I first reached out. Those guys are gems to deal with--I had to have my furnace replaced, give Steve a call on a Saturday, he was out on Monday promptly to check what was needed, price to replace was quite manageable within days the new furnace was in and functioning. Awesome efficiency and customer service. Found my HVAC company for future issues.

I worked with Steve to install a brand new furnace and ac unit. I was provided with a competitive price that I was pleased with. The installation was done well but also they worked fast to make sure I have heating back on. I was very pleased with the whole process and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new install but also if they need a reliable company for providing maintenance.

They provided a window for service, texted when the technician was on his way, and provided a photo of who would be coming. Frankie was polite, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I was looking for an honest and reliable company. Steve came highly recommended by a friend. Fast, reliable and affordable service. Our a/c was up and running again in less than an hour. Steve is the best! Very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and dependable. Feels good to know we have a guy to use for all future service, and will definitely be recommending him to anyone in need!

I have used Maxson HVAC for many years. They have never disappointed! They keep my furnaces and a/c working perfectly. My house is close to 45 years old, and when it came time to replace the main furnace, they worked hard to get me the best equipment for the amount I could afford. Caring, courteous, helpful, trustworthy.

I waited a whole year to write a review bc i honestly was hoping they would resolve our issues but until today, we continue to have ridiculous issues with the three (very expensive) split units we installed. Initially Steve and his staff had excellent communication and service. But the moment we paid in full and started having problems with the main split not working properly during the winter multiple times, they eventually completely ignored my emails and texts. The one time they came out a few months ago, i was forced to pay them bc they didnt find any issue. I have recorded and taken pictures of when the unit doesn't turn on or doesn't work (happens every 2-3 months and is super frustrating considering the amount of money we spent). It's nice to see so many great reviews which is probably the reason they dont care about our problem since we may truly be an exception with the issues. However, i do wish they had a resolution to this frustrating issue with the splits and treated us a little better and made us feel like customers they care about because at this point, 2 months later and I'm still waiting for Steve to get back to me. Per my experience, i would not recommend this company especially if you're making a large investment financially.

When I contacted and asked him to give me a quote to replace my old AC, he came promptly and scheduled a date that was only a few days away. Two of his technicians came as they promised early that day. I was most impressed that they took time to lay a very solid foundation (even adding pebbles to build a solid, even foundation) for the new AC unit which happens to be a bit bigger than my old AC. They were very careful to put covers throughout the house both upstairs and downstairs so not to leave dirty footprints on the floor. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I definitely would recommend Maxson Heating & Air Conditioning.

Recently had an issue with the furnace humidifier at my mother's house. The folks at Maxson provided excellent service. I was on the phone with them quite a bit...they provided insight, understanding and a fair price. They do exactly what they say they will do, and I will continue to use them

The techs with Maxson arrived quickly and were easily able to diagnose/repair my HVAC issue. Their price is extremely fair and overall service is excellent. I will continue to use them for all my future commercial HVAC needs.

Steve was great to work with. Our air conditioner went out during the very hot spell in June. At first we checked with multiple companies including Maxson Heating and Air. All companies were swamped with emergent installs. Steve at Maxson’s was able to work his scheduling around to fit us in much sooner. The install crew was efficient and cleaned up well after work was done. I highly recommend Maxson Heating & Air Conditioning!

Maxson came for a routine furnace checkup and found small holes in the heat exchanger, a dangerous situation. We decided to replace our 15 year old air conditioning system at the same time as the furnace. The whole job only took one day and we now have a much more efficient heating and cooling system. We are very, very pleased with the work they did.
