Pete came to service our system and install a new thermostat. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time setting up the thermostat and making sure I knew how to reset it. He was honest with his advice on our older furnace. I would definitely recommend them for your HVAC maintenance/repair/replacement.

I cannot say enough good things about the service from Borter! I was able to schedule an appt, have a technician to my house, and the issue repaired at a reasonable price in a matter of 2 hours. I cannot believe the punctuality, professionalism, and ease of this service. I will look no further with future heating/cooling concerns.

We are really pleased with having Borter. The first time we had them service our furnace, the experience was very great, no hard selling, clear explanations etc.

What pleased me the most was that we had to call them again as our furnace was not starting up and Jon came and found a loose wire. He honestly admitted that this may have happened during the last service and perform the servicing for no charge to us.

One of the best service call experiences I've ever had. Pete diagnosed the issue, explained exactly what was wrong, what caused it, and the necessary fix. He also discovered that our system was not configured correctly by the installers (who we first tried calling for assistance, but were never called back). Our system runs better than brand new! We had no idea that it wasn't normal for it to be so loud. Very grateful. Excellent service and detailed writeup in the invoice.

I’m very pleased with the installation of my new furnace, air conditioner, air cleaner, and humidifier. The quality of work is as the highest possible. The space available is tight, which is difficult to work in. The guys went out of their way to made all of the new equipment fit.

A truly fantastic company. They replaced two furnaces for our home, did wonderful work, were very attentive-to-detail, made sure that everything was done with the utmost quality. Walked me through everything before and afterwards. Really easy to work with, professional, no sales pressure, and were much more affordable than some of the local bigger companies ($5000 less, and we very likely received higher quality work). Would highly recommend. BBB certified as well, and it shows.

I signed up for the service maintenance contract for my 2 HVAC systems and humidifier. My service technician was very good and cleaned and tested both furnaces quickly and efficiently. He was very pleasant and friendly. Borter installed my furnaces and AC units a few years back and did it very neatly and professionally. I would recommend them highly.

Called at 9 am due to no heat and the office stated they could have someone out between noon and 2 pm. The service technician Jeremy arrived at Noon and was great. His attention to detail and thoroughness was exemplary and he was very professional. Communication by the office and from him was outstanding. My 24 year old water heater broke Sunday. Climate Champions came out Sunday evening. They shut the water off and drained the tank. Miguel was at my home Monday morning with a new rheem water heater. He install the new one and took away the old one. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Great experience using Climate Champions inc, Miguel was very thorough and honest with recommendations for our HVAC system. Very knowledgeable with Modulating/communicating Heat pumps and that’s the route we went with and don’t regret it one bit.
