I've been working with this company for about 5 years, and I'm consistently impressed by their reliability, politeness, and expertise. They're often available on short notice and have handled multiple emergency repairs for me. I'll keep using them going forward.

We've hired Assured Air twice - first for the downstairs furnace and again for the upstairs unit. They quoted a reasonable price and delivered on their promise, completing the installations in quick time - both jobs were done efficiently and effectively.

We recently had a new HVAC system installed with Assured Air, LTD, and it exceeded our expectations. Their team showed up on time every day without fail, working diligently throughout the duration of their stay. They were professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about their work. The crew left the property spotless each evening. Our leader, Frank, was outstanding - efficient, informative, and always available to address any questions we had. The system is functioning perfectly; I'd highly recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable service.

I'm extremely satisfied with my experience with Assured Air Limited from Willow Springs for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services. Matt was an excellent professional who took the time to assess my home's specific needs for a new furnace. He provided clear explanations, allowing me to make an informed decision about proceeding with the installation. The recommended furnace exceeded my expectations, and the installation process went without a hitch. I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable HVAC services - they truly deliver.

I was initially disappointed with Assured Air after a poor experience in 2019 when I had them install my air-conditioning system. It seemed like once they took my money, they prioritized getting paid over completing the job.
I decided to give them another chance in 2021, hoping they'd have improved their service since then. However, when they came out for maintenance, they claimed everything was fine, but I suspect it's just a case of not taking responsibility for their mistakes. They even suggested that my air filter might be the culprit, which I highly doubt given my consistent record of changing it every 3 months without issues.
To make matters worse, during our interaction, one of their staff members accidentally broke some of my pots while handling them carelessly. When they admitted to breaking them and claimed it wasn't their fault, I was appalled. As a result, I was charged over $100 for the service call, despite the fact that the problem was caused by their own negligence.
Given my negative experiences with Assured Air, I've revised my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. While I'm willing to give them another chance in the future, I'll be considering local businesses more closely moving forward and hoping for a more positive experience next time around. -
Disappointing experience with their recent installation. Last fall, they installed a new furnace for me, but the installation crew seemed unfocused throughout the job. When issues arose over the summer with condensation on the ducts, I reached out to Assured Air for help.
However, it took multiple attempts before someone called back, and even then, no appointment was set with a technician. A competitor came out quickly and identified the problem: the low voltage wiring wasn't connected properly during installation, causing the fan to malfunction.
I later informed Assured Air that I no longer needed service and explained my situation. The representative took notes and claimed to be investigating, but I never heard back. Despite having a friendly face in Ted and positive experiences from other referrals, my experience left me with a mediocre rating. Unfortunately, I'm now hesitant to recommend them after what happened. -
We've been loyal customers of the Ascot System for over two decades, but it's now under a different umbrella - Assured. Since the change, we haven't received the same level of service. I reached out to the company, reporting an older air conditioner that wasn't working, and was told they'd send someone to check it out. However, they said it would be four days later, which seemed relatively far considering the initial call was just a few days prior.
I rescheduled for the following day and called at 8:30 AM, inquiring about an estimated arrival time. The response was 5:00 PM, which surprised me given the earlier appointment. When I mentioned to the technician that we might need a new air conditioner, he seemed uncertain but still spent two hours trying to find the problem.
As he worked on the unit, I reiterated my concerns that it might be worth replacing rather than repairing. Unfortunately, his efforts were unsuccessful, and he needed assistance from a manager. After finally getting the system operational, they informed us that the old unit was nearing the end of its lifespan and if it broke down again, we'd need to replace it. To add insult to injury, they presented us with a bill for over $450, charging an after-hours fee.
The new unit struggled to reach a temperature of 73 degrees within 12 hours. When we turned it back on the following week, it didn't work at all - less than a week after their last visit. The company refused to provide any further assistance or support. As someone who's been with this service for over two decades, I'm appalled by Assured's lack of commitment to its customers. Their failure to stand by their work and listen to long-time customers is staggering. Avoid using this company at all costs. -
Avoided a huge headache with this company, unfortunately. They came in for an estimate and said they'd be back on Saturday to start work. However, things didn't go as planned - they couldn't get the necessary permit in time, so their schedule was pushed back. When I asked if I needed to pay for the permit, they implied it would cost me, which seemed suspicious. They still proceeded with the job, taking a $300 deposit without my consent, which I now realize was a mistake on my part.
It turned out that this deposit wasn't refundable - they claimed it was for "restocking fees" due to an A/C unit they supposedly had in stock. But from what I've since learned, this is just a scam tactic. The company's communication was unclear and unprofessional, with the representative seeming uncertain about their own policies.
The only reason I had any dealings with them before was that they purchased equipment from my old HVAC company. However, their actions left a bad taste in my mouth - particularly when it came to the way they handled my deposit.
