We received EXCELLENT service from AAA Appliance Service Center to fix our Samsung dryer!! They were in constant contact with us about our parts that were arriving and about the status of our technician and made sure we knew how to reach them with any questions! Our technician DAVE was absolutely the best!! He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable!! He arrived on time and fixed our dryer very quickly!! I highly recommend this company and DAVE! We were very happy with AAA. Ryan S diagnosed the problem quickly on our LG washing machine. They ordered the needed part and installed within the week so we were only without a washing machine for less than one week. We would definitely recommend AAA for appliance repairs.This is the 3rd time we have had them out to repair appliances in our home.

AAA did an excellent job from taking the initial request to project completion. Very pleased with their customer service and expertise. Would use them again.

Excellent service and communication. The tech was a professional, took his time to assure careful removal and installation of the unit. A complete replacement of the compressor was done and unit is back in service!

Very knowledgeable and fast at identifying the problem. They were kind and good at explaining how my igniter works and what the problem was. They had the part on hand, which made the repair super speedy!

I have a whirlpool, full gas oven with broiler.

Technician did a great job of diagnosing and testing. My only thing is that I was charged a fee for "putting back on" one of the sprayer arms that had come off. It had to have been a 2 minute job and the fee was way over what should have been charged. It came off again later and I was able to just put it back in place in minutes.

The technician came to repair our refrigerator It had a bad evaporator fan. John had a trainer with him and doing a very professional job in showing him the job. I have always used AAA appliance to repair my appliances

This company is a joke, still waiting for my dishwasher to be fixed. They were out once, the wrong parts were ordered so they had to order the correct ones, waited a week, never heard from them, they NEVER ORDERED THE PARTS, now I had to wait for those. The part was actually delivered yesterday but got a message the day before saying

"Hi Kelly, we spoke with your husband yesterday and set the appointment for 11/19, but we can still make changes if needed. Allstate just informed us that the appointment needs to be rescheduled as they’re still sourcing the required parts. We can move it to either 11/24 (Mon) or 11/25 (Tues), please let us know which works better for you."

They BLAMED All-State stating they're still sourcing the parts. How can they source the parts when they were already delivered. 🤷‍♀️ So now they're supposedly coming the 24th to fix the dishwasher. Which was the day that I requested prior to them making up a story about parts. But they blatantly lied to reschedule my appointment. It will be 4 weeks without a dishwasher before they get here.

Go somewhere else if you want to avoid the frustration, hassles, and lies.

Great Experience with AAA! They handled my warranty claim with my GE washer very seamlessly! Came out within a few days of claim, ordered the needed part, and installed within a few days and it was all covered. John L. was very professional and knowledgeable

A ten minute visit resulting in bad news. The tech showed me that the transmission in the washer was kaput and leaking. He explained the cost to fix it would be close to a new one. We had this Speed Queen for 14 years and decided to just replace it.

Showed up on time. Reasonably priced. Diagnosed the problem, came back with the part and fixed it. Very pleased. I had a previous company tell me I had a Freon leak and it was 2300 to repair. Decided to get a second opinion and called subzero which recommended AAA appliance service. Ryan with AAA came in did a diagnostic on the compressors while on the phone with subzero and everything checked out fine. Turned out the light switch was faulty and kept the light on all the time. Simple fix that didn't cost much at all. So thankful for subzero recommendations. Highly recommend this company as well as Ryan my service technician. Would stay away from Subzero repair Chicago on Belmont.

Came out and “fixed” our washer that was making noise. And now it doesnt work at all. Daniel worked on it and then it said it’s off balance with anything inside.

Update… they have now been out FOUR times and still have been unable to fix it. Just keep sending more dudes out, keep ordering more parts. Trying to get more money out of the manufacturer, while we just sit and wait. And now it’s leaking water too after Rob worked on it! AWESOME.

And in reference to their reply… I think I know that ya’ll serviced my washer. After all the times I’ve had to keep calling you back. Trust me 😂 I’m NOT mistaken. Nice try tho

We are very happy with the service Daniel provided for our LG ice maker and washing machine. We were given a date/ time to arrive and also a heads up when he was almost at our house. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely call them for any further issues.

AAA was out for an Insinkerator warranty call. The service call was quick and friendly. They swapped the device out, did the QA checks, and gave me all the info I needed to register the replacement.

Haven't needed an appliance repair in years . . . lucky, I know! Our two year old LG refrigerator had a fan failure which caused the door ice maker to not make ice. We worked thru our extended warranty carrier, SquareTrade. They had AAA come out, assess the repair; order the past needed; and shipped to me. AAA was in constant contact with me throughout the process. Cisco, from AAA was friendly, efficient, knowledgable and explained the process for me. The repair went smoothly and we're back up and running in no time. BTW - The cost of the repair was covered 100% by the warranty.

Don’t call anyone else. The team at AAA is amazing. Don was amazing with scheduling and was a true professional when things went a bit sideways with the appointment time. I couldn’t be more pleased.
