This is the 2nd time I needed AAA and each experience has been exceptional… I would highly recommend this company. From setting the appointment till the time the technician was finished. Not only were each technician knowledgeable, but they were so courteous….. I have no hesitation of using them again💖

If these guys were in the business of wasting customers time then 5 stars all day. All jokes aside my dryer has been repaired 3 times by this company and only has gotten worse. The cherry on top would be after the last repair the vent was not connected and was blowing exhaust all over my laundry room and kitchen. Please be very wary of this repair company. All I can do now is just laugh it off and be thankful no one got hurt.

Followed the email sent to me for a review (added picture) after 3rd and final repair was made I was told job is completed and dryer is ready for normal use. The dryer got worse and after walking into a sauna and seeing the vent wasn't even connected had no choice. So my advice to you as the "owner" is verify each employee understands the checklist of safety precautions before leaving a job. Not adding names as not trying to get employees in trouble. Wish your company nothing but the best and hope this motivates to better your crew!

My Electrolux Dreyer which I only had for 6 months started making loud sounds. What was the quietist dryer I ever owned became the loudest. AAA assessed the issue and now it is 100% better.

Great company! They stayed in contact with me via phone and text throughout every step of the process. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The technician was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He repaired the unit as needed and got my dishwasher running like new again. Highly recommend!

This was my 2nd time using AAA APPLIANCE, and I must say so far I've had wonderful, respectful, and well mannered young men service my appliances! I really appreciated Daniel's service today in this fridget weather. I really wasn't expecting the problem to be major, but I also wasn't expecting him to find the problem so easily either. It's was great to see someone doing their job like he wants to, and not like someone made him go to work today!!! Communication with THE AAA Appliance Center was great. Phone calls, emails and text messages were all handled very professionally. Joe was our service tech and he quickly figured out the problem and explained next steps which required ordering some replacement parts which only took a couple of days. While the parts were being ordered, more communication from AAA to setup our next appointment. Joe, who was one of the best service techs we’ve ever had at our house, fixed the dishwasher and explained why it happened. We would definitely recommend AAA Appliance to our friends and family.

My wife and I have an extended warranty on our Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator. The initial one that we purchased was such a lemon that the dealer agreed to replace it with a new one. The replacement one is okay, but still had issues with the ice maker. Your service techs were prompt and provided good service. Shout out to Ryan in particular, who had previously serviced our fridge. Good job, Ryan, you are a fine man! 💘💘💘💘💘💘

Deon is exceptional. He is courteous, professional and incredibly knowledgeable of our 21 year old Dacor double oven and 5 burner cook top. He quickly assessed the condition of our appliances, described in simple terms what the issues were, and explained each step he proposed to repair them.
