Great service from start to finish. Scheduled my time after hours online, got a confirmation phone call to discuss specifics the next morning. Technician communicated with us to set expectations for arrival and asked clear questions about our dryer model before coming so they could have the right parts ready just in case.
The tech sent a message with ETA, and the portal allowed me to easily track their location. Arrived right on schedule, was very polite and communicative. Kept a very clean work area, took the time to properly diagnose and explain the issue, and fixed it quickly for a very fair price.
I will absolutely recommend these guys to anyone I know who's has an appliance issue pop up!!

Our service tech Ryan was great! He was on time and respectful of our home. He quickly assessed the problem and completed the repairs without any problems! I highly recommend AAA Appliance Service Center!

Deon messaged us ahead of time and showed up exactly on time. He was courteous, as well as obviously experienced. We thought the microwave hum, while heating, was too loud. He tested it, and advised that due to the newer, higher wattage models, that, unfortunately, they hum a little louder than older models, and that ours is normal. He was concerned that he did not hear the fan blowing, so he disassembled it, and found that it was, in fact, working just fine. He was very efficient and very pleasant. We were very satisfied.

Rob came out to check on an icemaker that was not working properly. Rob introduced himself put booties over his shoes and inspected the unit. When he was done he explained the issues to my elderly in-laws so they could understand and they asked questions and he answered them with no issues. Definitely recommend. Was honest, informative and quick. Ultimately was advised to not go with the repair as it was not cost effective, would be more expensive then replacing the oven. Appreciated the honesty and feedback that was given.

This repair went extremely well from start to finish. I was offered an appointment date in short order. I got timely text reminders of the appointment. The repairmen were thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. And they were extremely clean and professional. We couldn't have asked for more.

I recently bought a new house and several people noticed the smell of gas coming from the stove. It seemed to come and go at various times throughout the day.
I decided to call and the repairman, David, came the following morning.
He determined that the leak was due to the original owner did not use recommended gas tape on the connection. He added the tape and problem solved!!!
This is the third time I called them out for a refrigerator at my other house. I would not hesitate to use them for any future needs.

Overdue review for wonderful Isaac from AAA Appliance!! We had put off inspecting our failing dishwasher, oven, and washing machine for years to avoid slimy service people who we couldn't trust to be honest without upselling us for exorbitant commissions. Isaac from AAA Appliance truly gifted us with an entirely opposite experience, restoring our faith! Isaac was prompt, friendly, efficient, patient, knowledgeable, skilled and honest to his core. Isaac conducted a thorough inspection of all of our appliances, and patiently explained what services and parts were needed, and available, as well as the pros and cons of service versus replacement. His warmth and professionalism, without condescension or sales pressure, was extremely refreshing and made us a customer of his for life. It can be such a headache to have to face the cost and confusion of replacing big household appliances, and Isaac's integrity, efficiency, and sincere desire to help our family made this errand a truly pleasant experience. And he was so respectful, patient, and warm to my elderly mother!! AAA is very lucky to have Isaac on their team and I hope he is celebrated (and compensated) greatly for his efforts on your company's behalf. Thank you for the bottom of our hearts, Isaac. From the first phone call through the completion of the job i was very pleased. Deon D was the repair tech sent for the job (oven repair and dishwasher repair) He was respectful of my home, he was friendly and informative and had the job done quickly. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again if need arises.

I used my extended warranty for the repair. My flame was burning orange blue. Isaac was very professional and explained what was going on with my stovetop and how to prevent it from happening again. After he was done with the oven he asked if I had any questions or if there was anything else I needed help with.
This isn’t my first time using AAA Appliance Center and each time someone comes out they are knowledgeable and professional.

AAA came out to look at our broken dryer. They recommended buying a new dryer instead of having them fix it since it would cost only a little more and I would get a warranty. I really appreciated their honesty even though that meant they did not get the job. I will definitely call them again.

Joe the serviceman at AAA did an awesome job. He first explained what the issue was then got to work and fixed the problem. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I would definitely recommend AAA to friends and family.

Pro: Deon the serviceman was very nice and honest about everything. Without him they wouldn't receive a star.

Con: sales person overpromised and underdelivered. Wasted half a day to be home and available for something that could have been handled over my initial call. Was told technician would have part to complete service. He did not. I was charged $160 for him to come to my house to get a product code, and then he left. Said he didn't have the part, wasn't available local, would be a couple weeks. I asked if he wanted to look at the oven, and he said no. He literally did no service. I found another local service company that was able to get the part and fix in 2 days, for a little over half of what AAA quoted me.

AAA was great to work with. They were not able to come right away but once the service was scheduled, they did a great job. They had to order some parts and they were prompt in getting them and scheduling to finish the work. The technician who came to do the work was excellent and knew what he was doing. Happy and overall great experience.

We recently had our in‑drawer microwave repaired by AAA Appliance Service Center, and we were very pleased with the experience. Deon and Joe provided excellent communication throughout the process and delivered prompt, reliable service on January 9, 2026. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the repair smooth and stress‑free, and we truly appreciate their work.

The service tech, Peter, was very kind and efficient. He explained everything that he was doing, also cleaned up after he completed his work. Peter and were all of my questions, and did not rush to compete his work. My repair was covered under my home warranty policy, so I am not sure what the final cost was for the service, but the service fee if $100 was reasonable.

I thank Deon D for always being polite and thorough in getting the job done. The first visit he knew exactly what the problem was, on the second visit he got the job done quickly, gave me a few minutes to clean up behind the stove which I really appreciate. A great representative of your company! This was under warranty so there was no cost to me.

My range was covered by Costco appliance warranty so when the broil function failed, Costco arranged AAA to repair for us. Appointment time frame was a bit tricky but they did have a link for you to track the technician' approximate arrival time. First time was inspection and second time to follow up repair were both handled by Daniel and he was great and friendly, promptly fixed it after part arrived. I was happy with the service.
