Platinumcare carpet cleaning does an amazing job and are very affordable which is a big plus. I have 2 young children and my carpet gets an insane amount of spots and stains I was really not expecting it to ever look normal again but they did a wonderful job it looks good as new! Highly recommend! :)

Fantastic!! We just moved into a new house & they came and cleaned all of the carpets. What a fantastic job they did! The owner was extremely knowledgeable about carpet cleaning & temperatures of the water that is needed to clean the carpet. He’s very enthusiastic about his technique & takes before and after pictures of the work done. Don’t use anyone else!

We had Platinum Care out to clean all the carpets in our new home, and we were amazed at how fabulous all the carpets came out. They showed up on time, were reasonably priced, and were super careful with our freshly painted walls! Definitely glad we found them, and will be using them again!

Rob, the owner and Danny from PlatinumCare cleaned and re-stretched our carpets yesterday. They did an awesome job and the carpets look like new. We would definitely recommend to any of our friends and in fact we knew about them trough one of our friends only.

Our realtor suggested PlatinumCare when qe listed our house. I wish I had known about them sooner! The carpet fluffed up and looked so much better than any other carpet cleaner I had used. We had 2 bedrooms, a hallway and stairs done. The pricing was very reasonable for the service. I would definitely recommend them. If we still lived in their service area, I would have them on an annual schedule.

I recently purchased a house that needed the carpets replaced but I decided to clean them to get by for a while. I had a company cancel on me last minute which messed up my moving plans. So i called platinum care cleaning to see if they could fit me in, and they were booked for a week! I explained how I needed the done ASAP and that someone already canceled on me. They were more than happy to help! And they were nice enough to fit me in the same day with someone working late!! I would recommend them to anyone anytime! They saved me from a huge headache and I no longer need to replace my carpet!!

We worked with Rob and he is very professional and knowledgeable. He was also very personable and made us feel like he was personally invested in our home and we weren't just another job. Rob was extremely thorough doing his investigation as well as when it came time to remediate the mold in our home. He used multiple methods and products to make sure the mold was removed. I would gladly recommend PlatinumCare and use them again.

After an unsuccessful experience with another cleaning company attempting to remove an adhesive residue on my new carpeting, I made an appointment with PlatinumCare Cleaning and Restoration. Though I didn't think expect it to change the situation, and said as much, I figured I had nothing to lose. Rob assessed the job and tailored the treatment/application process to achieve maximum results - and it worked. It's been about a month now and my new carpeting looks presentable once again. 'Looks as though I have a new favorite carpet cleaning company.

I had a cream colored couch and chairs with down between the cushions, a delicate job that no one else wanted to touch.Platinum Care did beautiful work. My furniture looks great. PlatinumCare Cleaning and Restoration cleaned all of our carpeted rooms plus a wool area rug today and we were very satisfied with their service. They were prompt, friendly, very professional and the cleaning job was outstanding. All spots were removed and due to the use of drying fans all carpet was practically dry before they left! We will have them back again.

Rob did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. We had dark tracking stains on stairs, living room, family room, and bedroom. He did the entire house. The stains all came out beautifully and I thought the price was very reasonable.

We had a special time restraint and he worked very hard to get it all done by the time we needed.

Rob also cleaned a swivel rocker and ottoman for us that looks great.

PlatinumCare cleaned my carpets today. I would give them 10 stars if I could. We had four rooms, stairs with white carpets and some area rugs cleaned. Everything looks fantastic. I thought I was going to replace the carpets on our stairs but they like like new so that saved a ton of money.
Danny did a great job, he used corner protectors everywhere and was placing fans as he finished each room so the rugs would dry even faster. I will definitely use them for future projects.

I can highly recommend Robert and PlatinumCare Cleaning and Restoration. Our carpeting went for many years without any professional cleaning. It had gotten bad enough that it seemed the only correct action was to replace the carpeting throughout the house. A friend suggested I call Robert. He was professional and the job he did on the light gray carpeting was simply amazing. He absolutely restored the look of the carpet and our home. I intend to have him back annualy.
