I needed to turnover a rental I manage quickly as it sold and the closing was two days after the tenants moved out. Gem Maid Service fit me in their schedule and did a fantastic job. Great follow up with me as well.

Gem recently did a cleaning for our home. They went above and beyond expectations, and I was extremely satisfied and complimentary to the crew. The company was methodical, orderly, and detailed in their approach, and Gem did a thorough and excellent job. I watched part of the bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and they exceeded what I thought they would do. Gem takes pride in their work, and I give them my highest recommendation.

I HIGHLY recommend this company! Liz, the owner, cleaned both my and my mother's houses before moving into commercial cleaning. She always did an incredibly thorough and detailed job on both our houses-- my mom really looked forward to the days Liz would come, because it thrilled her to come home after work to an immaculate house!

My practice has used GEM to clean our office for the last few years and Elizabeth is great! Professional, kind, on time and good price. I noticed a poor review on her page and honestly the person who wrote it sounds like a nut case who needs stronger meds. Don't believe most of these nasty reviews people leave on businesses. As I said, she is great and you will be please with her service! GB!

Terrible experience with this company. We had them come Dec 19th for a DEEP clean. When they left the floors still had stuff stuck to them. They also spilled cleaning product on my cabinets that stripped the paint and left it looking like the photo attached. I wasn't even going to write a bad review but not a month later they are harassing me for payment. I gave them a check in the day of the cleaning even though the job was horrible. Now this is creating me more hassle. What company would leave without payment? I would NEVER recommend anyone to use this company. Not maids but a lazy cash grab.

We've been using Gem for a few months now. We absolutely love working with them. Brenda does such a great job cleaning our office space. Everything is always thoroughly cleaned. I never see anything that has been missed or overlooked. Elizabeth has been a joy to work with as well. She always quickly responds and schedules any additional needs we may have. Highly recommend.

I’ve really enjoyed Gem Maid Services so far and feel fortunate to have found a team I can trust. They’re professional, respectful of our home, and attentive to our specific needs. I have a standalone cast-iron tub that requires special care, and they’ve followed my instructions for cleaning it perfectly. They also honor my requests, like cleaning certain windows (because of toddler fingerprints!) and using gentle cleaners on my tables to preserve the finish.

What really stands out are the thoughtful little touches—like wiping down shampoo bottles, refilling the hand towel dispenser, and even cleaning the microwave dish. These are things I didn’t expect, but truly appreciate. I look forward to having them continue on a biweekly basis!

Absolutely horrid! They charged an extreme amount for what was the worst deep cleaning (if you can call it that). The list goes on and on of how bad it was. So here are a few of the worst:
Asked the change the sheets, the bed was thrown together, how do you work as a maid and not know how to make a bed.
Oven cleaner sprayed all over and not wiped up. White reside over everything.
House smelled of dirty mop water for days free the cleaning.
Broke a piece of my shower door and dropped a bottle of face wash in shower, damaging it.
Left the drains of the sinks dirty.
Piles of cat hair left around the floors, like they didn’t vacuum at all.
Overall very disappointed for a deep clean.
Left a review they sent on the cleaning. Never heard back. Contacted them weeks later and shocked they wouldn’t contact me after that feedback. She said she assumed I didnt want to hear from them again. Well, stand by your workers and service, follow-up, service industry 101.

No money back, just asked for them to come back at a discount, yeah, that’s a big NO!

Gem Maid Service has cleaned our duplex a few times now and they always do an awesome job! The place looks great every time. The staff is super friendly and easy to work with, and communication is always smooth. Definitely recommend them!

Victoria and Hanna were amazing! They were super efficient and got so much done in the 2 hours they were here. My house smelled so fresh when they were done! My husband came home from work and immediately complimented how great the house looked. I will absolutely be having them back out again. Thank you Gem Maids!

TERRIBLE! Do not use! Complete fraud that does not clean. Paid for a deep clean and came home to my house looking the same as I left. Do not waste your money. Please use anyone but this company.
