We hired 360 Hazardous to sanitize our gym. I was very impressed with how thorough they were with the treatment. No areas or surfaces were missed. It was also great how accommodating they were to our schedule. Definitely will hire 360 Hazardous again.

360 Hazardous was excellent! The customer service we experienced from initial call to final goodbye was better than expected. When 360 Hazardous arrived at my house they greeted us in a professional manner. 360’s SWAT (Strategic Well-Approach Antimicrobial Treatment) process was very thorough and aided in catering a service plan to meet our unique situation. A portion of this SWAT process was an initial walkthrough of our home and then they asked us what our expectations were. We were happy that our input was taken into consideration as they built a comprehensive plan to sanitize and disinfect our home. The team explained the process and gave us a solid timeline. We were elated to know that they would be able to start immediately. The whole process took about 3 hours and we were notified of the progress throughout the clean-up. When we returned, we were pleasantly surprised that our home felt clean and free of harsh chemical odor. After our household made it through Covid-19 and not knowing how best we could protect our family. We were very happy 360 Hazardous was there for us. They gave us a peace of mind after an awful ordeal.

If I could give 10 stars I would in a heartbeat. The whole team were amazing. Candy and John came out gave us a quote right away. They even started that day. John and his crew worked diligently to restore my father in laws house. They laid out the whole process and made sure to execute their game plan. John kept us informed every day what their goal was and what they got done. John and his crew are true professionals, and I would recommend them to anyone who might need their services.

The clean up crew who came to clean up for our family after a tragic loss were compassionate, professional and did an outstanding job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needed these kinds of services. I have had nothing but a great experience with this company. From justin with the con constant communication and then the three people he sent to get the job done they did a quick wonderful job.

Excellent service during a very difficult time for our family. They handled everything smoothly & addressed all our needs, even helping with my mom’s insurance company. My mom’s condo is now a livable place again. I highly recommend them for professionalism, knowledge and completing the work to OHSA industry standards + certificate they provided.
