“It isn’t clean until you’ve cleaned it” may not be the corporate tagline for GEM Cleaning but it definitely describes their way of doing business! Not only am I a repeat residential client but I am also a commercial client with over 13,000 sq. ft of space to be cleaned. Having hired and work with others, I can honestly say you won’t be disappointed. GEM is among the best. Their standard of excellence from start to finish is the differentiator for me. As such, I highly recommend their service. Again, you will not be disappointed.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! DECEPTIVE PRACTICE!!! Elizabeth the (Owner) and her trainee came to my home today and did not even finish cleaning my entire home, not even the top floor. She managed to eat up the clock for 2 hours, even with me (THE CLIENT) WORKING WITH THEM!!! They did not even get to the lower level to top it off and said they only had 30 minutes left to complete the rest of the job. Lol If it took you 1.5 hours and you could not even finish the top floor how would you ever be able to finish the entire bottom floor? It's impossible! I decided enough was enough so I sent them packing and completed the rest of the job myself. It took them 1.5 hours to do a master bedroom w/ shower, guest bathroom and a nursery, again with me helping. During the initial zoom tour of my home I explained to her that 2 hours was not enough time for 2 people to clean a 1,600 sqft home. She disagreed with me and said it was plenty of time and that they were very well organized so it wouldn't be an issue. She also mentioned that there would be an initial fee of $50 dollars to cover any extra time needed. At the end of the conversation prior to booking the appointment we split the difference and agreed on $25 dollars for the extra initial fee. In total I ended up paying $175 dollars total for the botched up job. All I can say is I feel sorry for the next client they are going to service. I would NEVER recommend them as a cleaning service, bottom line.

Best experience I’ve had so far, in my search for a cleaning company. It’s in the $300 range for two people to come clean our 3,000ish sqft home. I think they were here 4 hours or so. The two women that came to clean were very nice, pleasant people and felt very comfortable having them here and wouldn’t be worried leaving them in my home alone. They were right on time and that’s never happened with my last services before, hah! It was a nice surprise. They did a great job cleaning top to bottom, and left pillows and throws in a tidy fashion. Happy to have this company back for future cleanings.

I'm a picky person when it comes to cleaning. My house is neat pretty much all the time. In the past, I have found it difficult to find someone to take care of the details. I finally found it. This service is wonderful!! It's so nice to come home and know that the job of cleaning house isn't looming over me anymore. My second cleaning, Dawn left a message on my table, so I want to give her praise over the work ethic she has. I love walking around bare foot and my floors feel wonderful!

I used Gem for a move in clean for my new home. The previous owner did not leave the home in the most clean condition. Liz and company did a great job. They have been back to clean my house regularly since then, and I love the work they do. I am very pleased and recommend them highly.
