Very Rude and Unprofessional employees who work at this service. Who were hired by my landlord BCG CAPITOL to cut down a tree located at 314 N. Marion Street. When I came home from work on 9/5/23 I approached one of the workers operating a bobcat to ask him politely “How long do you think the job will take” and he responds rudely “When it’s done” Well with all due respect…I was only curious. I was not rude. Anything like that. And i am in no rush to have it done, I understand that it’s hot outside etc so it may take awhile. I was only curious to the jobs projected completion. That’s all. So the employees response was rude and uncalled for. I called this tree service to report it. NO RESPONSE. Okay!! So now it will be reported to the landlord who is paying you and a one star review on Google. A little courtesy goes a long way but apparently you people never got the memo!

Doug is a great guy, does good work and is fair👍

A few weeks ago Doug and his crew did an awesome professional job taking down some very dangerous trees for my elderly mom.
Before starting, a detailed description of prices was given. Very direct and professional. Doug kept us informed of all procedures.
This was a very difficult job bc of the position and condition of the trees. They were prompt and stayed till the job was done. It took a few days and they cleaned everything up! Because of weather conditions they had to return later, to fill in stump holes and they did.
We were very pleased and satisfied with the entire job. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND RAH for any tree service!

Woke up on a Saturday morning and the heat was out. Called Mr. Kool about 8am. The owner came out and fixed the furnace! Outstanding service! They stand behind their products.

Called in to see if the did upgrading of of fuse boxes of 200 Amp main to 300 Amp manliness for trailer in bluffton and they don't. But they were expedient on response and call back time. Also they do service Bluffton Woods mobile home park for plumbing. Do no use bluffton heating and cooling they will take you for your money.

Completely unprofessional! They were over at my mothers house to work on and repair her A/C. While they were there they used foul language in front of my Catholic mother! The worst part of it all is that they said they had to go get a part and never came back. We have tried calling 3 different times and I haven't gotten a response. I'm absolutely fed up, this isn't the first time my family and I have had problems from Mr.Kool, I will not be going back to them ever.

I received the best service from Swartz. Don walked me through the whole process and made me feel like I was the most important customer. He patiently explained everything and they made me a top priority and got the job done quickly and with great quality. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

I'm hyper pleased with the speedy and effective service provided by Sam this afternoon. I will definitely recommend Mr. Kool to anyone in the area, and will be using their services in the future.
