I had them out on a Tuesday, turns out the entire furnace was dead. With a snowstorm on the horizon, Eric (the owner) came out the NEXT DAY to install a new one!!! All staff was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we understood how the new system worked. Will be using them for all our future needs.

Mr.kool helped me out tremendously when the competitors wanted to try and charge 11,000 for a new furnace the owner of mr.kool fixed my furnace with just a new capacitor and saved us tremendously honest great quality work and people!

Mr Kool has been quick with all of our needs. We've had some work done, pending more soon and have another scheduled for the future. We couldn't be happier with Sam or Eric who have both come out to help with our HVAC issues.

We had an original HVAC system that needed upgraded. Mr. Kool was able to fit us in within 72 hours and ended up doing a lot more work than expected because he wanted to make sure it was done right without asking for more money. Everything looks very professional and I’m very satisfied with the outcome. He understood my situation and what the house actually needed and didn’t try to upswell me and even gave me a really good deal for everything they did. I cannot recommend them enough, no matter how extensive your needs are.

We had Mr. Kool put in a whole new Natural gas system in our home. We could not be happier not only was everyone great and prompt to work with they made sure we were happy and communicated well! I was amazed at the quick response I I received from this Awesome Company! They showed up the very same day I called them for an assessment on my AC which had already been out for a full week. Eric was so professional and yet down to earth and walked me through every step and explanation of what the issue was with my Air Conditioning. He quoted me an estimate that same day and I couldn't believe the reasonable costs and how quickly they could have everything installed! My new unit is top of the line and the installation done by Eric and Sam (their lead Tech), was flawless! I highly, highly recommend using Mr. Kool for any HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical issues you might have with your Home... They are THE BEST!!!

As a first-time Mr.Kool customer, I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received in December to start with we had our furnace go out Mr.Kool sent Colin out to us he got there as quickly as he could and then did everything he could to make sure when he left we had heat for my kids and answered my questions in a way that was clear, friendly, and helpful.

HVAC tech Colin came to my home again since then to perform routine maintenance for our furnace Colin arrived on time. while looking at our system. His manner was courteous and professional. Colin's work was both careful and thorough from start to finish. Every time he has came out. Colin takes time with minor details others would probably overlook and not think are a big deal while still doing it promptly he let me know it would be a good idea to add an Extra air return and more registers throughout the house so our furnace didn’t have to work so hard I appreciated him telling me this information rather then me paying for it later.

Before leaving, Colin gave me a brief verbal summary of all the items he had checked and serviced. In a nutshell, my experience with Mr.Kool was excellent. They will be servicing my furnace from now on.

Very friendly very fast. I am very happy with them and plan to call them for some other things I need done. The man who did the work inside name was Bill. Didnt catch the name of the guy outside. Thank you both for getting the water going again. As cold as it's been I figured it would take a couple days but it was done in hours. It's been a while since I've been this excited about doing laundry and dishes. Lol
