Mr. KOOL used to be Schwartz plumbing and heating. They have had my business. I choose Mr. KOOL because it basically was the same people. Good honest hard worker. I know if I need help again I will always ask gor Eric. I will be a loyal customer.

Highly recommended Mr kool. I was ready to have the hot water heater replaced . Upon arrival Bill/Jeremy ask about the job I not knowing much talk about replacing the hot water heater. They said do you want us to look at the old and see if we can fix it, so they ended up replacing the heating elements saving me over $1300 . Thank you all the kool guys.(ladies ) for being honest.

Eric and his team are great. I have an old house that we are remodeling and didn’t have many options to put in a full system. Not only was Mr. Kool the best price out of 8 estimates, but Eric was able to see my dilemma and come up with a solution that works the best for us. He was able to free up space and come up with a great plan. Eric came several times to make sure that everything was going to work as we discussed before the project started. His crew of Collin, Craig and Caleb were very professional and pleasant to work with every day. This is a top notch company that I will highly recommend to anyone looking for HVAC work. I can’t say enough good about this company.

I was very pleased with the service Mr. Kool provided. I noticed my furnace wasn't turning on during the middle of the night and our house was at 61 with negative temperatures out. Eric was the man on call and talked me through what to do to help it start running at 1 am. He was very patient and I could tell very knowledgeable. He immediately knew what needed to be done to fix the problem. He helped me get the furnace to start working and then he came in the morning to follow up and do a quick maintenance check. After checking the furnace he followed up with what he did and what I could do to help maintain the furnace and avoid future problems. Highly recommend Mr. Kool and Eric specifically.

Honestly, one of the best experiences I've had with an HVAC company. Eric came out on a Saturday and walked me through the problems, what we could do to prevent them, and really helped us out.

I appreciate that he wasn't selling anything and trying to push to make a sale. Next time there's a problem, or we want to do that upgrade, he will be our first call.

Top notch communication and service from the front office to the service technicians. We had an emergency call on Sunday night, and an awesome technician was at our house within 15 minutes. He used several methods to uncover the source of a small gas leak near our water heater. Because of the prompt service of Mr. Kool, my wife and I were able to sleep in peace.

Absolutely excellent experience! I have a 20+ year old furnace. It was struggling and couldn't keep up. Called Mr. Kool based on a recommendation from a trusted friend.
Was surprised to find that my service man was actually the owner of the company. You don't see that often. Eric was punctual, extremely knowledgable, and most of all kind. He showed me how to maintain it until it's time to replace it and was more than fair on the charges. In today's world and economy it was a very refreshing experience. Would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Kool for your service needs! They have my trust for sure!

We had them install a new furnace and central air system. They are very professional and courteous. The install looks and performs great. Very satisfied!

Water well pump froze and the guys from Mr. Kool came out promptly and got the water flowing again for us. Always professional and prepared to help.

My wife and I recently bought a home for the first time. And we were having problems with not having hot water. I called and got fast service right away. The guys found that the cold and hot was looped together. I told them to call it a day and I would start looking for the problem I had to take out the upstairs bathroom floor and there it was. Called them back and told them what I found and they fixed it the next day. Great work great guys. Called Mr Kool in the midst of the hottest week of the summer. They were quick to fit us into their busy schedule, and they even came a day earlier than expected.

Eric was very helpful, and he explained everything that he was doing and why it was needed. This was very helpful as he got our AC unit up and running very quickly ! He even had to go into our attic (which was extremely hot) to change out the filter! A+ and my family will use Mr Kool again and again!

Absolutely LOVE using Mr. Kool! We had our air conditioning go out right before a heat wave and they have been amazing in helping to get us the best price and service possible. The 3 young men that were here to install our new system were beyond courteous and respectful. They worked quickly and everything looked cleaner when they left. Would 100% recommend!

I called Mr Kool in the morning due to our central air not working properly. It was a couple hours later Eric came out and looked at it and replaced a part. We are up and running again after he was here about 45 minutes. Really professional and knowledgeable about his job.

Fantastic people!!! I called because I had a massive plumbing issue in the kitchen. Whoever plumbed the kitchen, did a nightmare job...using a few cans of plumbers putty instead of pressure fittings 🙄 It looked like a kindergarten project!

Called in an emergency problem on a Saturday night and someone was here in less than fifteen minutes. The young man who came out was knowledgeable, friendly and took care of the problem in a timely manner. Thank you Mr Kool, you’re the best.

The guys did great work repairing bad water lines hooking up my dishwasher, running a line to my refrigerator, installing a 220 line, and plug for my dryer. Moved the water lines and drain to my washer. They were friendly, professional and did a great job in just one day. All while working around other contractors doing work at the same time. Thank you so much for making our new home better. And making our vision a reality.I also wanna say thx for making a Sunday visit to get our heater working. I will definitely be hiring Mr. Kool in future projects.

We were in quite the dire situation, our furnace went completely out. (With an infant in the house, it was especially scary..) However, Eric and his team came in and saved the day. Absolutely a professional and perfectionist. You are in perfect hands with this company!

Mr. Kool did a great job for us on our complete AC and furnace swap out. We had an old, inefficient heat pump system, and they put in a new AC and gas furnace. This included running gas lines and replacing the air handler too.

Their quoting process was easy, THOROUGH, and fair compared to the other 3 companies we quoted with. The other 3 companies came in and just took note of the current system and left. Mr. Kool came and looked at our vents, thermostat, the heat pump AC, and some of the duct work. I felt like they left our house with a full understanding of what we actually needed. The install happened quickly after we decided to use them, and it went really well. The AC has worked well for us since it was installed almost two months ago, and they just finished hooking up the gas furnace today after I finally had a propane tank installed at my house.

I couldn't recommend this company enough! Especially Sam, who was the person who helped us from the beginning of the project until the end.
