Guy gave me estimates, cut down one pine tree in front yard, $ 1,565.00 . A one tree !! What kind of business doing this company, wayover charge scams.
At reast five times higher than other company.
Don't call this company.

I was very impressed with the way they presented themselves, friendly attitudes, knowledge of the job and time spent cleaning up. This is the best tree service company that we have found. We have over ten acres of wooded land that desperately needed improvements. Best price and over delivered on the day rate by far. We will use them regularly.

Trees R Us took out the trees overhanging my garage. After a miscommunication, they were back and cleaned up everything. You can't ask for better customer service. They also cleaned up our Pin Oak. It hasn't looked that healthy in years. I will definitely use them again.

In a word...WOW! Received quote quickly. Everything was spelled, no hiddens. The crew arrived and got out of their trucks ready to work. Courteous, professional and fast! Site clean-up was impeccable. Supervisor (Todd) showed up, met with us then grabbed a rake and went to work. These guys are great: efficient, thorough and affordable. Uncovered a beautiful moth and carefully, respectfully, relocated it without harm. Great company, great crew! Thank you!

Trees r us was responsive, professional, on time, and courteous. The team gave us a quote within a day or two of our call and were able to immediately take care of all of our tree needs. I recently had them out again after a bad storm took down one of our pines. They again were quick to respond and took our concern seriously. They are a class act. Not many business like this anymore. These guys are great! Dropped an enormous tree (3’ diameter) that was literally 2 inches from our gutters on our house. They had it down in one morning without an issue. Not to mention they cleaned and raked the yard up behind themselves and left no mess at all for me to clean up! The entire crew was amazing and personable as well. I have worked with many companies and this company has won my business for years to come!!! Not to mention their prices are extremely fair, and for the cleanup they do I would call it a bargain!

This is Trees R Us Inc responding to the review from Debbie Hoffman. The incident that Debbie is writing about in 2018, was from late 2014. She wrote an additional review on yelp at the time of the incident. Our arborist at the time advised her not to top her maple trees because it would be harmful to them. He wrote up a proposal for raising the canopy which was agreed to. Our crew came out and did everything that was agreed to, on the written proposal. A few days after the job was complete she asked why the trees were not topped. The arborist at the time explained why it was not done as indicated in the proposal. As a good will gesture, we were grinding stumps in the neighborhood and offered to grind hers at no charge, which she turned down. A few weeks later she called asking to have stumps ground. We also offered to come back out and top her trees (at cost), but she turned that down as well. We took money off of her final statement because she was unhappy and made every effort to please this customer. Thank you.

Would give 10 stars if it was an option. Here's the story: One week ago we obtained two estimates for removing two very tall, very tricky, climb-only to remove trees, and some additional smaller items. The first quote was astronomical, included leaving two 30 foot stumps, and could not be scheduled for five weeks. Trees R Us provided a very manageable quote, fit us into their schedule within two days, showed impeccable skill, ability and professionalism, and went above and beyond at every turn, including clean-up, in the two day job. Sheer joy, working with Trees R Us.

if you r looking for a tree service do not give any credence to the person that gave them a low rating re: pine tree removal in the front yard for $1565.00. If you didn't like their price, why did you contract with them?
I was referred to these guys from a satisfied customer in Pittsboro. I particularly appreciate their: professionalism, good grooming, thoroughness, carefulness with my property, the caliber of equipment they use, obvious safety precautions (all crew members followed), and speed. I had 3 pretty big trees (one being 28' tall) removed. Thought they'd be working all day. They came at 8 a.m. and were gone by 11a.m.
The only way you would have known they were in my yard was the missing trees. Kudos guys!

I came home after Trees R Us had been to our house, and our magnolia tree was beautifully trimmed as were the pear trees! Two pine trees were taken down as well. Trees R Us never disappoints us with the work they do and we trust them completely. They have been taking care of our trees so long I feel like they have as much ownership in them as we do! Trees R Us provides the best service! I have hired them and recommended them to my friends and family on many occasions in Hendricks and Hamilton counties. Everyone agrees that they provide quality service and reasonable prices. They are a great team!

How many people in this group is own money by Trees are us? Nick himself says he takes it to  HART when his subcontractors don’t get paid but yet here we are six months later and his company still owes me close to $30,000. I reach out to his people on his office. They tell me it’s not their job to figure out where my money went to.  a simple 20 minute phone call to the prime could’ve figured out my money was paid out to a different contractor other than him.. at this point I would rather just team up with a bunch of guys and draw up a massive lawsuit against him and his company. I don’t believe any man should be having the right to subcontract to other companies. If they’re not willing to do the work behind it this company is sure quick to receive the money made off the subcontractors, but has no ambition to help the contractors receive their money.. let’s team up and take this loser of a company down…
