Isaac and his team were capable and efficient. They were able to raise the canopy of our yard's wooded area and trim back limbs of some very large walnut trees that were getting too close to our house. Our yard looks amazing. The price was fair and they did an excellent job of cleaning up all debris after the job was completed. I highly recommend Ambush Tree Service.

The technician, Jon, asked if he could come about 20 minutes early to my appointment. I agreed. Jon was very professional, knowledgeable, and quite pleasant. He was aware of the type of problem I was having as he has performed service in this complex prior. Jon was able to show me the problem and to correct it in a short amount of time. This company was recommended to me by a family member, and I recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of service.

Ravin called to see if it would be ok for him to be a little early. He arrived and was very personable and knowledgeable. He pointed out things I could monitor and resolve easily going forward. He also identified items that can be more serious if left unattended that lead to outside help with resolving.
A thorough cleaning of my vent showed that a recent new roof installation left a screen inside my vent that was trapping lint and preventing the proper venting from occurring. Great cleaning, great service and reasonably priced. I recommend and will be using them again! Ravin is a great rep for the company.

We had our long dryer vent run re-run. There were a lot of issues that needed custom solutions. Darvell was fast, knowledgeable and a good communicator. Inspection, estimate and work done all the same day in about 2 hours for a fair price. Would definitely recommend.

This is one of the BEST maintenance companies I’ve ever used. The service technician, Jon…was prompt, friendly, thorough and explained recommendations in detail. My dryer vent blew off and broke during the last wind storm and he installed a new metal one, cleaned out my vent duct that is 35 feet in length and vacuumed the lint debris in the yard with a leaf bagger vacuum unit. Hadn’t had it cleaned in about 5 years so it needed it. The vent was on the second floor, about 25 feet up on side of house Excellent job! Jon is definitely an asset to this company. Keep up the great work!

John arrived on time and performed a complete replacement of the dryer vent from dryer to outside within about an hour. He diagnosed and explained all charges before proceeding upon my approval. I was pleased with his cleanliness and professional methods. Although he was unable to clear the clean lint error code on my dryer, he explained there was an internal airflow issue and advised to seek further repair or replacement of the dryer to solve this issue. I highly recommend Dryer Vent Wizard for reasonable cost and professional service.

The technician, Que explained exactly what he was going to do. He cleaned and removed lint from the lint filter. It was clogged. He went on the roof and cleaned out the roof vent and he also replaced the dryer vent hose. Que answered all of my questions related to the process. In addition, he showed me the before and after pictures of the vent filter. Overall, I’m happy with the work performed by Dryer Vent Wizard.

Great experience! My technician Darvel arrived towards the end of my appointment window, which was OK because he had contacted me to tell me when to expect him! He was friendly, polite, professional and quick! I appreciated that he explained what he was going to do and how long it would take (about an hour). The sucking machine shown was completely sealed, no mess. He was outside on a huge ladder with a brush/blower tool to clean the vent piping. I got a price estimate before he started. No pressure, no up-sale. It wasn’t bargain pricing, but the difference is amazing. Less lint in the house, clothes drying faster and no worries about a lint fire. I wish I had done it years earlier. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!
