Had a wonderful first experience with Dryer Vent Wizard! Booked the appointment last week, had regular communications via email, phone and text to confirm appointment, when the tech was heading my way and when he arrived Monday morning right within the arrival window quoted.

Jon was great! He was extremely professional and helpful. He did a thorough inspection (including getting up on the roof which is where my vent is located) and then explained his results and gave me a reasonable quote for my setup. Signed the quote and completed the work - from arrival to departure, he was here 45 minutes!

Our technician was very thorough and provided plenty pictures and feedbacks on the issues we were experiencing. He provided plenty recommendations and options, and he did not make feel pressured to choose the option that was necessary to fix our dryer. This was the second company we have tried after experiencing a disappointing result from the first company. I would highly recommend Dryer Vent Wizard if you want a good experience and result.

I noticed an accumulation of lint during a dryer repair, so I reached out to Dryer Vent Wizard for a cleaning. I was able to get an appointment the next day. The technician, Darvel, was very professional as well as thorough and gave me a good education on all things dryer vent. He recommended an upgraded hose and outside vent plate which I did have him install. No high pressure sales pitch - just laid out the options and let me decide. Price was good for the amount of work done. I was definitely use them again.

The service performed was very good. The tech determined the screen was left on my dryer vent termination by the contractor who installed the dryer duct and it had plugged as well as the dryer vent duct. He removed the screen permanently and cleaned the duct thoroughly.

I was having issues with my vent termination leaking water into my attic space in addition to that but he did not want to address that or even go into my attic to look at the problem. I still have to have someone else to come out to address that issue. So I feel only half my issue was addressed

Dryer Vent Wizard was recommended to us by Duncan appliance. We needed to have our dryer vent pipe, that is under the house, cleaned. They were flexible on dates and we scheduled it right away. The technician's name is Que. Que showed up within the time frame as stated. Que is very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He looked over everything. He was happy to listen to our concerns and told us what he would do. We knew up front the cost before hand. Que did an excellent job. Completed everything in a timely fashion. He took pictures of everything and showed us the final job. The vent pipe is now spotless and the air pressure is back up to what it needs to be. Que even had treats for our four legged family member! We recommend using Dryer Vent Wizard for your dryer vent issues. Be sure to ask for Que!

Technician was very professional and friendly. Explained the work to be performed and the condition of the dryer vent before and after the service was completed. Appreciated the text and phone calls with updates on arrival time. Placed a better cover on the outside exhaust to prevent birds and moisture from entering the dryer vent. Recommended to have service on the dryer vent every 24 months to keep the dryer working at top efficiency.

Our technician, Que was great! He cleaned out decades worth of dryer lint. This was at my mom’s house and now I’m going to have him come do the same thing at our house.

Carr Cleaning is definitely my go to when I need help with my home or when I have a customer that needs cleaning. Great price and great service.

Didn't have correct number to ensure my cleaners would be on time for a move in clean. Owner very rude to me when I messaged wanting a confirmation day before the move. Cleaners were more than 1 hr and 1/2 late. Didn't complete all the cleaning and owner very rude sending bill to me when there was no guarantee the cleaners were there for the hours they claimed. I came to meet them at my townhouse 1 hr and 1/2 after they were supposed to be there and no one was present. And I came back in evening and they were gone already. Rude and unprofessional communication when I wanted to ask about the billing since the job wasn't complete and workers there for short time. Owner very bad with communication and opts to the rude, condescending and not taking responsibility but blaming the customer for their own internal issues. Buyers beware.
