Thank you for helping me today. Darvel called when he was on the way and took care of everything easily. My vent is on the roof and he had the right ladder to get up there and check and cleared out a few years worth of clog. He set me up for a future appointment too, so I won't forget to do this again!

Ravin with Dryer Vent Wizard was amazing. He was polite and communicated the issues well and even gave great recommendations. I was worried to check the laundry space when he left but IT LOOKED AS IF HE WAS NEVER THERE! I will definitely be using them again and taking him up on replacing the roof vent to keep the birds out very soon!!!

I was extremely happy with the service provided by Jon. He was very professional and did a great job replacing my dryer vent. My dryer is in the basement and it was originally a long and crooked tubing going up and over. It was worn out and very full. The replacement is so much better! I definitely recommend them.

Darvell was very professional and courteous and all around awesome. He communicated the problem to us and explained what he was going to do. I had been without my washer and dryer for about 3 weeks...separate problems...but he saved the day...and now my dryer actually is working. I highly recommend Darvell and Dryer Vent Wizard. I made the appt on line on a Friday and he was here for the initial appt on Monday. There were things that needed to be fixed and he did a great job. They also have a human in the office who was very nice and answered my questions...

I was disappointed that the $49 Service Fee was not absorbed into the service, like Hope Plumbing. Especially, since I was referred to Dryer Vent Wizard by family who used their services as well. The technician, Que, was very polite and thorough. He explained the process and the issues, as well as answered the numerous questions I had. The 4 star rating is attributed to his professionalism and thorough work. Otherwise, the rating would have been 3 stars due to the Service Fee and referral not taken into consideration for the final cost of the service.

Had a great experience with Dryer Vent Wizard and Darvell. They came out, diagnosed the problem, and made the necessary repairs and replacements that same day. No unnecessary upsells and even went above and beyond with our system when they didn't have to. Highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.
