I can't say enough good things about ServPro! I had never experienced water damage before but Doug Tinsley and his team kept me informed, were professional, timely and very experienced in their work. I now have back my kitchen and my flooring is absolutely stunning! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that need restoration done. They are absolutely the best!

They arrived as quick as possible. I'm sure they came from another job. Becky and Jay and another gal, I'm sorry I don't remember her name (she only came the first day). They were so good to explain to me and help me to understand the importance of what they had to do. Both Becky and Jay came back daily and checked on their equipment (big blowers & dehumidifiers). Sprayed my house so I won't get mold. Explained when the kitchen cabinets were going to be torn out. I had no idea, all of this was going to happen and they were so good to explain and help me step by step through this process. I would highly recommend them. I'm thankful that my insurance called them, obviously they had faith in them as well. I appreciated all they did and I want you to know that both Jay and Becky, were so polite and respectful to me during a difficult time when I was still trying to comprehend that my house had just flooded. Thank you for sending not only great workers, but nice employees that share with the customer what they are going to have to do. That's very valuable, and nice, good people are hart to find. They were very hard workers and I observed them working super well as a team. Kudo's to Jay and Becky! They deserve this praise! Great Job!!

We call Servpro to inspect some problems we were having under our kitchen sink. Upon a very thorough inspection with Jennifer, Pedro, and Harlan we were given a few different options about how to correct our problems. This team went above and beyond. Helping us correct our home problems. Their thorough inspection helps prevent future problems from arising in our home.. I’m very grateful for their time. The team was very professional and helpful.

I had excellent service from the beginning. Starting with the owner Steve Dussault, who helped me with the process and kept me on track. Brett Miles always tried to make a schedule that would work for both of us. The BEST of all was the team of Jennifer Aboytes and Pedro Aboytes. They were the ones who did most of the work to get us back together after the flood. Personally, I think it ended up being even better! All of these people were very kind and patient with us.

Latisha and Luke were great to work with. They were knowledgeable on the process and assured me things would work out. They did their best with drying everything and pulling things that needed to be pulled. I enjoyed working with them through such a stressful experience, they definitely made things less stressful. These tech come in your home daily and you create friendships! Thank you for your hard work and dedication to getting our home back to normal

Jennifer and Pedro were both amazing to work with! My husband and I were both very pleased with the professionalism and very hard work they provided when we had our water leak in our house. They explained everything down to the last detail and were thorough everyday they came out. They let us know plenty of time in advance when they would arrive during the day and were flexible with our time if their time didn’t fit our schedule. We would highly recommend them and Servpro for any of your restoration needs!

The technician, Jon, asked if he could come about 20 minutes early to my appointment. I agreed. Jon was very professional, knowledgeable, and quite pleasant. He was aware of the type of problem I was having as he has performed service in this complex prior. Jon was able to show me the problem and to correct it in a short amount of time. This company was recommended to me by a family member, and I recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of service.

Ravin called to see if it would be ok for him to be a little early. He arrived and was very personable and knowledgeable. He pointed out things I could monitor and resolve easily going forward. He also identified items that can be more serious if left unattended that lead to outside help with resolving.
A thorough cleaning of my vent showed that a recent new roof installation left a screen inside my vent that was trapping lint and preventing the proper venting from occurring. Great cleaning, great service and reasonably priced. I recommend and will be using them again! Ravin is a great rep for the company.

Corey explained things and do excellent work. Even helped me work with the owner to use my coupon I forgot to give him. Owner was great to work with and honored the coupon. Will use again.

The techs were extremely professional and worked very quickly! They were able to put me on the schedule for the same day! They even were able to give me a solution that other businesses could not and would not. The lady (sorry I forgot her name) in the phone was amazing too. She was very detailed in explaining the cost! We had our long dryer vent run re-run. There were a lot of issues that needed custom solutions. Darvell was fast, knowledgeable and a good communicator. Inspection, estimate and work done all the same day in about 2 hours for a fair price. Would definitely recommend.

This is one of the BEST maintenance companies I’ve ever used. The service technician, Jon…was prompt, friendly, thorough and explained recommendations in detail. My dryer vent blew off and broke during the last wind storm and he installed a new metal one, cleaned out my vent duct that is 35 feet in length and vacuumed the lint debris in the yard with a leaf bagger vacuum unit. Hadn’t had it cleaned in about 5 years so it needed it. The vent was on the second floor, about 25 feet up on side of house Excellent job! Jon is definitely an asset to this company. Keep up the great work!

I want to commend my technician. He was extremely professional and delivered quality service during the installation of our new dryer vent. Great work!

John arrived on time and performed a complete replacement of the dryer vent from dryer to outside within about an hour. He diagnosed and explained all charges before proceeding upon my approval. I was pleased with his cleanliness and professional methods. Although he was unable to clear the clean lint error code on my dryer, he explained there was an internal airflow issue and advised to seek further repair or replacement of the dryer to solve this issue. I highly recommend Dryer Vent Wizard for reasonable cost and professional service.
