The technician, Que explained exactly what he was going to do. He cleaned and removed lint from the lint filter. It was clogged. He went on the roof and cleaned out the roof vent and he also replaced the dryer vent hose. Que answered all of my questions related to the process. In addition, he showed me the before and after pictures of the vent filter. Overall, I’m happy with the work performed by Dryer Vent Wizard.

Great experience! My technician Darvel arrived towards the end of my appointment window, which was OK because he had contacted me to tell me when to expect him! He was friendly, polite, professional and quick! I appreciated that he explained what he was going to do and how long it would take (about an hour). The sucking machine shown was completely sealed, no mess. He was outside on a huge ladder with a brush/blower tool to clean the vent piping. I got a price estimate before he started. No pressure, no up-sale. It wasn’t bargain pricing, but the difference is amazing. Less lint in the house, clothes drying faster and no worries about a lint fire. I wish I had done it years earlier. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

Ravin with Dryer Vent Wizard was amazing. He was polite and communicated the issues well and even gave great recommendations. I was worried to check the laundry space when he left but IT LOOKED AS IF HE WAS NEVER THERE! I was extremely happy with the service provided by Jon. He was very professional and did a great job replacing my dryer vent. My dryer is in the basement and it was originally a long and crooked tubing going up and over. It was worn out and very full. The replacement is so much better! I definitely recommend them.
