My experience with Rob and his team was amazing. I used Yelp directory to inquire with multiple HVAC companies in my area. AirForce was the first to reply and get me in contact with a service provider. What appeared to be a simple leak in my mini split was actually just a sign of a larger issue. Which I suspected to be the case. Rob explained that he could service the current unit but didn’t know how long the repair would last. Again, deep down I knew what the real solution was going to be, I just didn’t want to have to pay for it. I loved Rob’s honesty and not trying to sell me on a new unit. He gave me the option and actually encouraged me to just pay for the repair. But the peace of mind of knowing that my new unit would be properly installed by professionals, I would be the first to use this unit and know the life expectancy and that it comes with a 10 year warranty and team of professionals - I just didn’t want the liability of having to pay more for crappy solution. So, a huge Thank You and respect to Rob and the installers that come out in a timely manner. Was respectful to my home and did an outstanding job installing my new mini-split. You’re the best!

Roberto was great! We woke up with no heat on a Sunday, he was able to come fix our furnace and get us back in service! Great pricing and prompt service!

I have a rental home, and the tenant called mid-morning reporting an issue with the heat. I called Air Force, and Rob took my call. To my relief, he assured me he’d see my tenant that day. A few hours later, the heat was repaired. Very courteous, fast service.

Called us 15 minutes before arrival - as promised. Rob (tech) listened to all of the things I had tried and the behavior before and after my AC stopped. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made recommendations based on best customer interest (no upsells). He was able to fix the problem and mentioned the system was low on refrigerant. His phone app showed the ideal values the AC should hit and most were off by a fair margin. Since I was able to see where my system should be running - it was an easy decision for a topoff. Nice to have visibility into my AC's health - to make a better decision. I asked to have a vibrating piece tightened up - which involved pulling off the fan. Rob pulled off the fan and I put in a small rubber piece that Rob cut and it doesn't vibrate at all and runs quietly now.

Courteous. Listened. Quick. No upsell. Transparent system analysis. Went the extra mile. 6 stars.

Rob did an excellent job of diagnosing our furnace situation. He was very professional and explained things in an easy to understand way. He recommended checking a couple of things periodically, with no major repairs needed. This was after having another company tell us that we needed to replace the heat exchanger that would cost thousands. I highly recommend Rob and Air Force Heating!

Rob did a great job working through our furnace. He came out a few weeks prior to fix a part, and then when it died, he gave us a nice discount due to this. Their team was efficient replacing the units and were very professional. He walked us through everything we needed to know. We've worked with a couple HVAC companies, and this was far and away the best.

Airforce Heating and Cooling was fantastic to work with! Rob was very knowledgeable, fair, and respectuful. Answered all of my questions in person and over text. He and his team replaced our failing furnace and AC units in a timely fashion. The new units function great, working much better than our old units. The customer service level shown to us by Rob and his crew was by far the best I have experienced in along time. Rob came over on a cold call around 5 pm. Talked with us about our options. He was polite and very knowledgeable about his business. By 6 o‘clock we had a purchase agreement. Rob called at 7pm and said he and his crew would be at our home the next morning. They removed our old furnace (inside and outside unit). Removed old piping and replaced with new. Definitely the service I would love to see from every company I do business with. Their standard of service is exceptional and you will wonder why doesn’t every business do it this way. 10/10 would highly recommend. In the photo below the furnace on the left was installed 5 years ago (2021). They did an awesome job installing the furnace on the right. Man it looks and works great.

I called about getting a health checkup on my air conditioning/heating system as I’m an absentee owner. Rob was able to get me quickly into MY first available schedule in 3 days. Followup with their office was very professional. On time for appointment and he was able to quickly diagnose any issues that might be of concern. I also had him change out my old thermostat with a new WiFi-enabled one so that I could monitor temp from my primary home. Easy to use and setup. Overall, very happy with their service and will certainly use them for any future HVAC issues again.

I had a great experience with Airforce Heating and Cooling. Another HVAC company came out to look at my system and without even asking me they shut my unit off and told me I needed a brand new system. That didn’t sit right with me, so I reached out to Rob at Airforce Heating and Cooling for a second opinion.

Rob came out, took the time to properly inspect everything and explain what was going on. He gave me a very fair quote and walked me through the options without any pressure.

We ended up installing a high-efficiency cold-climate heat pump, and the installation went perfectly. The work was very clean and professional, and the system runs great.

It’s hard to find honest companies these days, but Rob and his team really care about doing things the right way. I’m extremely happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Airforce Heating and Cooling to anyone needing heating or cooling work.
