My first experience with Airforce Heating and Cooling Indy could not have gone better. I found them on Yelp. Ashley responded very quickly to set up my appointment. Rob, ”our comfort specialist “ was extremely kind and professional and patient teaching me how to use my new thermostat and app. It is comforting to have a knowledgeable team on standby for any future heating or air conditioning needs.

Rob was very kind and professional, did a great job. Asked all the questions at the beginning to get an understanding of the situation and did his thing while I worked upstairs. Great experience all around.

Rob was absolutely fantastic. I was home with my sick daughter and he was very quiet inside and out as he did the work. My property company didn’t instantly want to approve the quote to get our a/c going but Rob took the time to speak to the manager to push the approval process so we wouldn’t be stuck without a/c anymore. They finally got the approval and Rob finished the job without any problems! He was incredible with his customer service and prompt with his work!

I highly recommend Airforce Heating and Cooling. We received a few quotes from other hvacs in Indy, but none came close to offering the service, quality, and value of Airforce. Shout out to our technician Robert M.!

During the recent heatwave, Robert was very prompt in responding to our call, fixed the issue with our cooling system quickly, and offered fair prices. He is great at what he does and made the whole process quick, transparent, and hassle-free.

Rob with Air Force was great to work with in an emergency situation. Called them at 8:45am and they were out here by 10am sorting the hottest time of the year. Diagnosed the problem, have me options and got it fixed immediately. Rob explained what he seen with our unit was something he had never seen before. Rob had parts with him and explained to me ways to help future problems from happening. Very thankful for thier prompt service on this hot July day!!!

From the day of investigation of my old system to the install of my new system, I could not have been more pleased! Rob was very thorough and answered all my questions. He stayed on top of every detail and communicated any changes or concerns immediately. When the new unit was showing signs of not performing perfectly he was on it right away and had the coil system replaced in a day. Top notch service and professionals! Great people!

Airforce HVAC has saved us multiple times. Most recently our 30 year old Trane system failed in the 90+ degree heat. Roberto's team had us running within minutes with only a minor repair. A year ago his team replaced our second unit with a new Rheem unit that we are able to control with our phones.

Rob was great. He had the best quote and was a great communicator. I will be using Airforce for any future HVAC needs. In a time where service providers have been more about fancy selling strategies first and taking care of customer needs second, it was refreshing to work with Rob and Airforce.

Jin the technician and his team were great. He responded emergency call in time and was very informative and honest. There were multiple problems with our AC system and he spent 3 hours fixing each of them. A true life saver in 95 degree temperature!

These guys are awesome. I'm thrilled with the level of expertise, the lack of pressure and honest options and how fast the respond. Highly recommend! They installed the best AC for the lowest cost and when I had trouble with my AC struggling during a heatwave they made it out so quickly and got my AC working better than ever! Airforce Heating and Cooling is awesome. It's a small family owned business that follows through on everything. They answered all my questions thoroughly and in a manner that I could understand. They troubleshooted and solved minor issues that arose during installation. They arrived on time the day scheduled and installed my new furnace and AC unit the same day. They were courteous to me and considerate of my dog and property. Excellent work and at a very affordable price.

I can’t put in enough words to describe how pleased and grateful I am for Air Force HVAC. My dad found this company when our furnace wasn’t working the other day, right before the snow storm, and Rob came same day to inspect and assess the situation. Unfortunately we had holes in our system, but I am grateful he found those with his scope camera because we were leaking carbon monoxide with two small babies in the house. Two days later (today) on an ACTUAL SNOWSTORM, they arrived at 8:30 in the morning when there was a major road advisory to tear out and install our new furnace and air conditioning unit. They were efficient, friendly, cleaned up after themselves, explained the new equipment, set up our new thermostat, programmed it, and made us feel comfortable and important throughout the entirety of the process. When you have to make an investment in your home, it can be daunting, but I wholeheartedly believe that this was money well spent, and our home value increased far beyond the investment price of these new units. We’re sitting comfortably in our home tonight with 20° temps knowing that we were taken care of impeccably. Don’t call ANYONE ELSE. This small business is the only place to consider. My heating unit went out last evening and Roberto was actually nearby and fix the issue for us within a few hours of our request . Much appreciated on such a cold day. He was very kind and informative.
