Kyle J. came to our home and serviced our gas log fireplace. This was our first time having service provided by Mowery. Kyle was so nice and did a great job! He explained everything to us and took his time in completing the inspection. He wore shoe covering without being ask too which was much appreciated. He was so kind. The cost for the inspection was very affordable too. We will be using Mowery in the future for sure! I would highly recommend them!

First I met Curren then Curren and Wyatt. That duo was pleasant and knowledgeable about what the tasks & goals were about and what aspects to look for during and after the cleaning process of my 1880’s era family homes main drain lines. I call it “The Yaya nation” They both were sure to take care of the surroundings and everything went well! Then shortly after I met with John from Mowery plumbing and his duties consisted of expertly using their technical diagnosis drain inspection equipment with location abilities built in to their process & procedure. This is a huge service with tremendous value for Realestate professionals that need this kind of data about the condition of historic drain lines and their exact location! Or even when one just needs the drain cleaned for a fair Price! I have used them more than 3 times and everybody has been top notch for professionalism with a smile and that alone to me is a valuable commodity owned by the employees. It means the technicians really want to do the best they can for all involved. that is hard to come by in any field & in any genera of business! I can’t say enough great things about Mowery and their wonderful technicians. Brock C. arrived on time to perform some maintenance on our HVAC system. He was patient as we asked questions and he was thorough in his explanations. He was also gentle and patient with our nosey pups. I also learned they provide gas fireplace maintenance, which we took advantage of. Ours looks brand new after such a thorough cleaning. I will continue to recommend Mowery to my friends and family. I had an excellent experience with Mowery Heating and Cooling! Scheduling was a breeze thanks to Jessica Toth—she was friendly, professional, and made the whole process so easy. Devin Collis came out to service our furnace, air conditioning, and gas fireplace, and he went above and beyond in every way. The work was thorough, efficient, and done with great attention to detail. I highly recommend this team—they make everything simple and stress-free!

Kirk W was our service tech. We requested him for yearly service on furnace and fireplace. We had Kirk couple weeks before to come and fix a limit issue on furnace. Kirk was very polite and knowledgeable. We felt comfortable with him, so we requested him for our service package we signed up for. He once again was polite and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable we are being taken care of. I want him for all our service needs if possible.

Mowery is great! Fixed my fireplace and just learned they do water heaters and furnace fixes too. Dennis did an amazing job - very professional and now in our house we call him “Mr Fix It@!

They are extremely knowledgeable, customer service oriented and priced competitively. I started my ‘Mowery Journey’ to repair a gas leak going into my fireplace with Mike Phillips. He came out the next day, assessed my situation and arranged for Jim Cummins, a very experienced licensed plumber to come out the next morning. Jim educated me in what he was doing and why and shared the anticipated results throughout the entire process, which for me was great! Kudos to Mike, Jim and Mowery:true professionals!

I just had my third Mowery experience. Brock C. Conducted my annual furnace and fireplace check and cleaning. Brock was experienced, professional and definitely concerned about providing the best customer service. He did an excellent job!

I can now understand why Mowery gets top rated reviews. Today I had my furnace serviced and fireplace. Giss and Tony came to do the services. They were very personable and knowledgeable. The services they performed were detailed and explained thoroughly to me. Prior to them coming out we had a bad chemical odor emitting from the fireplace. After they cleaned and inspected the odor completely disappeared. The fireplace also looks MUCH better then when the last company “serviced” it.
Giss was extremely knowledgeable about the proper way to set the logs and embers in order to run the appliance appropriately.
They also explained several ways that we can save money on maintenance and services in the future. They were a pleasure to work with!

Dennis M. provided outstanding service while cleaning and servicing my fireplace. He was extremely thorough, highly knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain how to properly and safely use it. His patience and attention to detail really stood out, and he made sure all of my questions were fully answered. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such excellent customer service. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and would highly recommend Dennis to anyone needing fireplace service.

Great group of people who impressed me with their knowledge of the industry as well as troubleshooting capabilities. Teamwork was evident throughout the process of replacing our 2.5 ton AC unit, however the most important piece was the communication throughout the process. I found their pricing competitive in my market.
Really top-notch outfit. Our job was scheduled and completed as promised and our new unit will save the highest amount of energy while keeping the house cool and comfortable.
As far as a reference goes, I've got to give these guys ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. They really are an impressive group.
