Austin was out today to make sure that our air conditioning was working properly. He did an outstanding job! He was very friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend him if you need anything taken care of,he checked everything indoors and then proceeded to go outside and checked the unit and also cleaned it because it had cottonwood on it. Jordan came out to provide an estimate for the replacement of a water supply line. Unfortunately, I was unable to meet him at the site. I offered to be available by phone. Jordan and I spoke at length about the situation and possible resolutions. He took the time to understand the situation and made several recommendations for repair. I was very satisfied with the effort he made.

Summers was quick and efficient. They have a nice monthly plan that saves you money in the long run and keeps your home in order and helps keep an eye on your equipment to avoid breakdowns. The team is also very nice!

We had a really great experience with Summers installation of our heat pump water heater. Heather was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The installation was quick and painless. We will definitely be using their services again.

Buyer beware! Pricing is greatly inflated!

Summers is professional and prompt, but they will scam you. We had the Service Comfort Agreement, with annual inspections and "preferred discounting," but that didn't stop them from taking advantage of a customer's trust. We had 2 supply lines and stops replaced for $540. Turns out the costs of the parts are...$35. Even with a $60 service fee, how much do you want to pay for 1 hour of labor?

I was VERY disappointed, and even after speaking with a manager to highlight my pricing concerns, there was absolutely NO empathy or attempt to lower the price. There are many other options that are still professional, licensed, and trustworthy. Summers is NOT one of them.

If you'd like to look up the prices yourself, feel free! At the least, please get a competitor's quote before giving your money to Summers.

I had a gas leak and my gas had been shut off by gas company. Chris was on time and courteous. He explained the situation I was in that since the gas was shut off, he would need to remove the meter to check for leaks. This was going to drive up my costs by hundreds of dollars. It was at this point that I realized I needed more than one quote. Chris was understanding of this and wasn't pushy. I paid the service fee that I was quoted when I made the call.

Bradley did a great job guiding me on water softeners. He was professional and answered questions quickly throughout the day. He did a great job with the install and we are happy customers.

Cole came out to check out our furnace. He was very polite, informative, and made sure we understood everything he was telling us. He wasn't pushy or trying to sell us something we weren't sure about right now. We are impressed and will be using this company and will recommend them to our friends and family.
