My Technician, Joe Lawson, was absolutely phenomenal! Greatly appreciative! He was knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and very easy to work with!

Despite my initial positive experience when they installed my new AC/Heat system a few years ago, the company has experienced a decline in service quality. I have been consistently rescheduling appointments for tune-ups and system maintenance. Today’s situation was particularly frustrating. I was assured by their scheduling manager that “we are under new management and no more cancellations.” However, their technicians are unable to provide specific availability windows, leaving the 9am-5pm schedule uncertain. I received a call at 3:30 p.m. informing me that today’s appointment has been canceled, and a reschedule for next week is suggested. This is unacceptable, and I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction and discontinue my patronage.

Dustin was great. He was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood him. He was a great help.

I always receive exceptional service from Complete Comfort. Dustin came out today to do my plumbing maintenance, and he was fast, professional, and friendly. Their technicians are the reason I've been doing business with them for 7 years now. Always reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Peter was very thorough and did a really good job explaining all the details to me. I really appreciate how he took his time to make everything easy to understand. I now know what repairs need to be done for proper use of the furnace.

Peter came to do an inspection for my heat pump system. Very personable and professional. I will change to a lower MERV based on his recommendation once I use up the four pack I just bought (lousy timing). He adjusted some thermostat settings so that aux heat cuts in less which my wallet will appreciate! Overall a very pleasant experience.

I had Peter as my technician today and he was great!! Very knowledgeable and helpful on what I can do to keep my furnace in great running condition. He even went above and beyond and went and picked up a new filter for us. Thank you so much!! And Joe and Allen our duct technicians were amazing!!!

We are working through a furnace issue that has been intermittent for a few years now with no resolution. The last technician they sent out, Joseph Lawson, worked hard at gathering all the information and using his resources to work the problem and try to resolve it. He made some checks and adjustments that seemed reasonable and made me feel hopeful and, at the very least, will provide additional information to find further resolution. I applaud his work ethic and appreciate the company commitment.

I don’t even know how to write this review.

Let me start by saying, I am not a fan of Complete Comfort. For servicing, they won’t give you any sort of a time window for when someone will come out, so someone has to be around the whole day anytime they need to come for service. They use high pressure sales tactics, which should probably automatically disqualify them, but unfortunately they were quite affordable and had good reviews…so we decided to move forward with them for a full HVAC replacement and new water heater in Dec of 2024. After installation, our house would never reach the thermostat temperature and over the following 2 weeks, Complete Comfort made around 5 trips out to fix it and found a new “issue” that could be causing it at every visit. Afterwards, it was better…still not fixed, but we were so over it we just gave up because it was heating enough. To their credit, they did take some $ off of the sale price for the trouble. Unfortunately, we now feel “locked in” to use them for serving and maintenance because it was included with the install and we had factored that value into the original cost, so it would be annoying to go elsewhere and pay.

Fast forward to this winter, when the outside temps are in the single digits and our thermostat is set to heat to 66 degrees, but won’t get over 58/59 degrees. Peter came today and was great! Polite, professional, and informative. He figured out that this whole time, the dampers to the main floor and basement were closed. He was able to open them and the temperature instantly started to increase inside. He also recommended adding another return on the main floor and having our ducts cleaned. I finally feel like we have some real answers, a partial fix, and potential solutions for a complete fix.

Complete Comfort is an outstanding heating and cooling company. Their team is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process stress-free. They’re reliable, professional, and showed up when they said they would—something that really matters. The work was done right the first time, and you can tell they genuinely care about quality and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Complete Comfort to anyone looking for dependable service.

Peter came out to do a maintenance check. He was polite and was very informative of what he was checking and even showed me the values of the capacitor. He made some good recommendations for us, and was perfectly professional. Highly recommend.

Technicians were polite and worked well together. They were courteous and cleaned up after theirselves.

Heat is on and we are good

Jordan was polite friendly, and professional the whole time. Checked and clean our water heater. Figured out what the issue was and corrected it in a timely manner. He gave me multiple quotes on new installations on tankless and tanked water heaters when I asked him about the different options. He also saw that I had a coupon to save $100 on the services rendered that I didn't see, and he brought it to my attention and took $100 off of my bill. Jordan showed great integrity by doing so and saved my family and I that money. He is honest! I highly recommend Jordan to anyone needing repairs.

Megan helped me get my air working again the very next day after it quit working. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient at getting the job done. She also loved my dog which always earns brownie points. 😉 I really appreciate the quick turn around service with it being so hot this week.

I had Jacob out to fix a burst pipe and he was fantastic! So nice and knowledgeable. He did a great job! Jacob also recommend I have someone out for my furnace when I explained what was going on with it. Tyler came out and did a wonderful job, he was great and found/fixed issues that another company didn’t do. I have great peace of mind knowing they did such a thorough job and are so easy to get in contact with if I have issues. Both of them were so professional and friendly I feel incredibly comfortable with them in my home.

I really enjoyed our visit and almost forgot that I was having AC issues and my house was too warm.
