After calling 14 other 24/7 plumbers, Mowery saved the day. Shane was at my home in under 45 minutes to fix a leaking pipe at 9:30 pm. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained my options in a way that didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me something I didn’t need. He stopped the leak and came back the next day to repair it. I feel very confident in trusting Mowery with all my future plumbing and HVAC needs, which is why I purchased a service agreement with them. Thanks Shane and Mowery staff! I have used Mowery for all my heating cooling & plumbing needs for many years. They have exceptional trouble shooting skills.
Quinn and Tommy go beyond and above their job duties to solve issues that I have had with my plumbing. Tommy contacted the manufacturer and worked closely with them to resolve the issues. Tommy even went beyond the job skills to grab my trash can for me, so I did not have to walk out in the snow. Very thoughtful, and much appreciated!!!

When we bought our house, we didn't trust the hot water heater and wanted a water softener. Coming from MI, I am not used to the hard water here in Indy. AJ came over, inspected all the lines and completed water testing. The heater was in working condition, but he mentioned it has only a few years left (over 10 years old) He took our concerns to heart and made some great recommendations. AJ and Tommy replaced the heater and installed the water softener in the span of one day. While they were here we me turned new hose hook ups. AJ recommended these new 1/4 turn nozzles. LOVE the !!

Jacob was friendly and professional. He came in, explained how he was going to make his evaluations and got to work. A short while later, he was done! The furnace was cleaned up and Jacob went over everything he found and didn't find. I have great faith that my furnace will keep me warm though the winter. Thank you!

Last night after midnight we heard a bang and discovered an abandoned water line had burst. We were able to turn off our breaker then We called Mowery’s and immediately we were transferred to an excellent licensed plumber Jim, he stated he was 10 minutes away. He was kind, thorough and had our issue corrected within little over an hour. Mind you this was the coldest night of the season sitting at -2 actual temperature!! Thank you Jim for your excellent service and advice on some things we were unaware of being that we have a well. Thank you and Mowery, that is why we are a loyal service customer of Mowery!! Now we have peace of mind!!

AJ has been out twice helping us with two issues. The first was a bathtub valve replacement which went very well and then we wanted to replace our whole house shutoff. Again it was great and went smoothly. Awesome service both times.

Needed fast response to a potential gas leak, Mowery's reaction time was excellent! Furnace tech determined furnace wasn't the issue, second tech was sent later the same day to examine pipes and found the issue. Billy ordered parts, returned the next morning, fixed the issue, and checked the rest of the line for potential leaks. Highly communicative with arrival times, the nature of the issue, and the needed parts/ETA for repair. Will absolutely be using again in the future.
ETA: looks like I can't add a second review: two days later, we had a major drain issue so we went with Mowery again. Drain techs Wyatt and Cody arrived the next day at the very start of the window, spent about 90 minutes checking around, finding and kind of fixing the issue, but they knew it wasn't fully complete. They scheduled a Mowery plumber (Mike) to come out with a camera scope and he was here less than 2 hours later. All three techs were excellent: they fixed the issue and let us know while we're now in good shape, further work would be needed to prevent problems down the road (old pipes, some confusing pathways and tie-ins by the installer). They weren't at all pushy, provided several repair options, and even gave advice on a separate issue (crawlspace water intrusion) they noticed due to heavy rain on day of visit.

We had a really great experience, again, dealing with Mowery to get a new HVAC system put in our house. Damien was awesome helping us get a few options together and I appreciate the great communication through the entire process. Most importantly, he, Cody and Austin all showed up on time and got it done right the day of install. It's been a few weeks and this Lennox system is fantastic! Thanks again guys.

Jim Cummins did a great job. Quick and professional. We had received a notice from the city that there was a leak in our plumbing system. Jim came out the same morning. Performed a test to verfy that the problem wasn't outside the house. Performed testing to isolate the problem inside the house. Had the parts on the truck to fix the problem. A quick response and repair for a reasonable price. Will call them again.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received from Mowery. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, clarity, and genuine care. My technicians, Nick D. and Brock C., went above and beyond in every possible way. They were extremely helpful, took the time to explain what they were doing, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left.

It’s rare to find techs who are this knowledgeable and this friendly. Nick and Brock made the entire experience stress-free and truly set the standard for what great service should look like. I had my furnace serviced for winter last week by Nick Davis. He was also the one who did the air conditioner service earlier this year. I was so happy to see him show up! He is a breath of fresh air in our current culture. He's truly a professional. He is always on time, is very thorough, and explains everything to me in terms I can understand. He truly stands out. I appreciate Mowery cares about their customers and employs people like Nick who you know you can trust. It means a great deal to me. Being a service contract customer has been a great value to me. The builder-grade furnace Mowery replaced 3 1/2 years ago lasted 26 years from regular maintenance! The new unit is great! Thank you, Nick. Thank you, Mowery. Happiest of holidays!

I am delighted to post a review regarding the service I received from Mowery yesterday. The customer service agent who answered my call early Wednesday morning understood my concern (my hot water heat had burst and was leaking extensively in the garage and seeping on my new kitchen floor!). She was able to schedule a service call later that morning.

The technician, AJ, was professional, pleasant, explained each step thoroughly so I knew what to expect regarding a new water heater, a "cover" for it and the service plan. VERY VERY satisfied with the service I received.

Dennis did a wonderful job. He was on time, friendly & professional. He explained each step along the way & did much more than just clean & service our gas fireplace. He was able to rectify a slight wiring problem as well. A very pleasant experience with Dennis & your company. Will gladly recommend the Mowery service & your technician.
