RecallChek spotted a recall on our 2004 GE Profile dishwasher. They gave us the GE contact for repair. We contacted GE and they gave us a Home Depot credit for $400 towards a new dishwasher!

I've been offering Recallchek as part of my inspection sevices for years, and its a great service and a very simple way to protect clients during thier home purchase. Many of the people of that hire me are active duty military and to have an extra layer of protection bring them and their families peace of mind that if if their is a problem with with an appliance, that someone will contact them and help them get it fixed or replaced.

Worthless warranty company that runs you around in circles until you give up on your claims.

I submitted legitimate estimates from licensed roofers, and was told they're not good enough.

Why? They want them done in an incredibly specific way for no real reason other than to make it harder on you to accomplish in any reasonable timeframe.

You're better off paying out of pocket, like I'm sure this garbage company wants you to.

The RecallChek service itself is this nice cherry on top when we get to let someone know if there was a safety recall for one of their appliances. (most home inspectors aren't even checking for safety recalls)

Love this service! Crown Home Inspections uses it on all of our inspections. We use it to find safety issues with appliances that would otherwise go undetected. We’ve actually had multiple clients that were buying homes with unsafe furnaces. The report came back saying that the homeowner should “stop using the furnace immediately and contact the manufacturer for a free repair.” In the dead of winter in Kansas City, who wouldn’t want to know about that before moving their family into their new home? This service is very easy to use.

This company is a scam, we have a problem with our stove which is under warranty in our inspection, a gas leak that was confirmed by my gas company and a technician, of which we send reports and we also send an invoice with all the specifications , it has been a nightmare, they take more than a day to respond to emails and look for excuses not to pay for the repair, even when it is something as important as a gas leak in your house! I recommend not spending your time or money with this company.

In the summer of 2023 Omega Construction Development analyzed, planned and completed a difficult project in our Old Northside home - it was a project other construction companies were weary of even attempting.
A cracked and sagging cement porch was shored up, rotted basement beams replaced and a large porch area entirely resurfaced. The basement underneath is now dry and secure once again.
They did an excellent job at a very fair price. We can confidently andmost highly recommend Omega Construction.

have been working in nail salons for over 20 years. The first time I had a very terrible and bossy contractor. He did what he wanted without listening to anyone and was very nice. The contract for the salon was $136,000 and he made $185,00. He is a very good salesman. There were many mistakes made by his team during the work. I had to spend almost $5000 to fix his mistakes. The deadline was 3 months but he extended it to 6 months to complete. I'm continuing to do lawsuits with him

I would highly recommend Igor! He remodeled our kitchen a few years ago, and the results far exceeded our expectations. In addition, his price was more than fair. He began the work when he said he would; and worked diligently on completing it. He came pretty much everyday until the job was done. He also had many creative ideas, and was both designer and builder. We were living in the home when the remodeling was underway, and Igor kept the work area as clean as he possibly could. We sold the home shortly after the work was done - that was the plan - and the buyers simply loved the kitchen. It was a real selling point. After selling the home we moved to Florida, and remodeled an entire home. We couldn't get Igor to follow us; but I sure wish he would have!
