Great company and outstanding customer service! Ali is incredibly prompt at returning phone calls/responding to emails and following up on any concerns we may have. Lexie does a fabulous job and we are looking forward to having her as our regular PRO!

Our Pros, Kim and Tonya, do a wonderful job. We only have a cleaning once every 4 weeks and they make the house sparkle. They are consistent, the house always looks great and spells good once they are done. I would recommed their service if you need a housecleaner.

Jainee and Ivy ALWAYS do such an amazing job on our home! They are always so kind to our kids and dogs. We really enjoy having them!
We would suggest them to everyone but we don't want to lose them for us. We would love to have them each time we have service!

If you are looking for help with cleaning and are on a budget, this is NOT who you go with. My home is basically spotless through the week but I need help here and there since I have a newborn, they would not work work with me even though my budget was very reasonable. Also, what I was asking for is not difficult or incredibly time consuming, literally just part of normal cleaning of a home like vacuuming and cleaning counters, etc. I did not use them so gave them 3 stars. They are obviously not looking for any new customers.

Shana always does great job. Today my house was pretty messy before I left for the day and when I got home it looked fantastic!! She did more than I would expect anyone to do. It's so nice to come home to a clean house!!!! Thank you, Shana!!! And Maidpro 😀

I’ve used MaidPro for about 5 months. Emma, who formerly had worked in a 2-person team(Emma being in a supervisory role) was here alone last time and did a great job by herself, so we’re going to keep future visits that way. My normally “rowdy” dog is extremely comfortable with her and I’m glad she’ll be my regular. Thanks Emma!!

Thank you MaidPro's Tonya and Shania. We're very pleased with their cleaning job yesterday (Tonya and and trainee Shania). On 1/09/23 they showed up on time and never stopped working during the entire time they were here. This is my 71st cleaning using MaidPro...and everything Ali had promised when setting up the service is true. I highly recommend MaidPro. We appreciate the great job they did.

Kim and Tonya are the best!! My husband and I keep a pretty neat place but we like to have MaidPro come every two weeks more for the "spiffing" or cleaning that we don't like to do so it helps to have Pros who are detail oriented to take our place to the next level. Kim and Tonya do exactly that! They vacuum furniture, make sure there are no water spots on the shower door, etc. And they always ask what more they can do. I love coming home on the Fridays MP has been here! It feels refreshing!

I typically use MaidPro as my go-to cleaning. I'm pretty clean as it is so only a few times per year.

Valeria did an awesome job at my place today. Towels were unfolded and refolded to make them look nicer. I also accidently left the garbage can in an area of the kitchen it normally wouldn't be. She put it in it's proper place. The proper place and typical place isn't the same so definitely been storing my garbage can incorrectly over a year.

Our PRO, Elizabeth, cleaned our home today and it was OUTSTANDING!! The entire house was spotless and she is so good with our two dogs as well. She’s always on time and takes her time because she wants it to look perfect. She is an amazing PRO and I hope we never lose her! Sarah

Kayla is awesome! She does a great job and goes above and beyond. Today I came home to a sweet quote on our kitchen message board and a new cat toy for our cats! I highly recommend MaidPro!

Farol and Stephanie have done such a great job on cleaning our home! Normally most home cleaners will clean around items, but Stephanie actually organized and picked up after us. We’ve had family come into town, and mention that the house was super clean and wasn’t sure how I did it with a young child. Thanks for doing such a nice job ladies!

We are very happy with how responsive the main office is. They offered several cleaning options to fit our needs. Our cleaners, Kaitlyn and Jessica do a wonderful job. They are friendly, professional, and thorough. Would definitely recommend.

The maidpro team did a great job cleaning my home. I was especially pleased that they were able to clean an all white, tile shower that previous cleaning crews could not do to my satisfaction. Scheduling was easy and the owner is dedicated to ensuring you are satisfied with the job they do. Highly recommend you give them a try!

Update: Brandy and Sam have cleaned it house several times now, and always impress. This week, it was very untidy because I was alone with a toddler, but they put things away before cleaning. An old service we had would have cleaned around the mess, so we are so happy to have these ladies help us.

Brandy and Amber did a great job for our first cleaning. Hard water stains on shower glass were not completely removed, but worked with Allie to get it taken care of.

Amanda was outstanding! She went above and beyond with her cleaning skill and expertise. The best!!! So thorough! And Ali couldn't have been more helpful - constantly communicating with me, and really watching out for my mother-in-law (whose condo was cleaned). I felt as though she truly cared. She really worked with both of us. I look forward to using MaidPro again.

The Carmel MaidPro team is amazing. Emma is our regular cleaner and she does an AMAZING job. She cleans our house from top to bottom and is always willing to accommodate our requests. I would highly recommend both MaidPro and Emma!

Kayla & Kiya did a great job! I look forward to having them clean my home again next month. Everything was spotless and they were professional & nice. I even noticed the inside of the microwave was cleaned and the top of the trashcan in the kitchen! It is the little things that make a big difference. And I love that they don't move all of my decorations and things to other spots (as people have done in the past). We also appreciate Ali's customer service!

On her first cleaning job by herself since joining MaidPro so I learned, Jenna did a fantastic job! While very quiet at first, I found her to be a delight. Such a sweet young woman!!
