Had a great experience! MaidPro to the rescue when I needed a last minute cleaning. I called yesterday at 4PM and they were able to schedule an appointment for less than 24 hours away. Stephanie and Jessica were very thorough and great to work with. Cost about double what I'm used to paying my regular housekeeper but since she hasn't been able to come the last couple of months and I really needed my house clean before our new baby arrives, it was worth the extra cost for a one time clean. They did exactly what I asked, stayed on the budget we agreed to, and the work they did was to a very high standard. I'd definitely call them again if I'm ever in a pinch.

Jannel and Jasmin did a great job. They tackled our floors which are always a challenge given our cats and dogs..Jannel quickly remembers your house and your special requests. They are friendly and professional. When finished your house looks and smells clean.

Our family is absolutely thrilled with MaidPro. Alison Meyer, is a delight and went above and beyond to make my parents feel comfortable with this cleaning service. Samantha, who completed the cleaning at their home, did an absolutely wonderful job. I highly recommend MaidPro!! Great job!!

MaidPro did a great job deep cleaning our house! They managed to squeeze us in when I really needed it, even though they were fully booked. Katelyn and Jainee were incredibly professional and made our home sparkling clean :)

Valeria was awesome! Not only was my house super clean, but her attention to detail was fantastic - the little things like re-folding the towels, arranging the pillows, toilet paper stamps - really put the experience over the top. She was also extremely kind and professional!

My experience with MaidPro Was excellent from the start to our first cleaning. The Process to cover the services, quote, and scheduling was clear and easy with Alison. She was very responsive And helpful throughout and was able to get us on the schedule immediately. Then Amaya and Ivy exceeded our expectations on our first cleaning. They were both super friendly and professional and the house looks amazing. Highly recommend this crew.

Savannah at MaidPro does SUCH a good job. I work from home with an 8 month old and she is so good about working around us and not disturbing us while she is here. Her cleaning usually takes 5.5-6 hours and it doesn't even feel like she is here. She is also so good about asking if its okay to run the vacuum etc, when my son is sleeping. She does an excellent job on top of all of this.

We moved from New Jersey were we had an excellent cleaning staff and so it was hard for us to find someone we loved here. So fair Savannah at maid pro has done just as good, if not better job. And the responsiveness of the company is wonderful. Well worth the price!

I've been using Maid Pro since my 2nd daughter was born a few years ago and it's been wonderful to balance working as a mom and household chores so I can spend more time with my family. Tonya usually cleans my home and she does a fantastic job EVERY time!

We've had a good experience with Maid Pro in Carmel, IN overall since joining the service in 2021. Recently, we have been working with Kaitlynne and have been pleased with the service and experiences. She is professional and has been flexible to our needs. We appreciate the attention to small details such as making the kids beds with their stuffed animals and cleaning the smudgy fingerprints on our glass sliding door. I would recommend her and this service to others!

I desperately needed a last minute cleaning of our new home, and MaidPros responded to my inquiry within minutes and were able to come out within two days. Despite having to work around moving boxes and contractors, Tiffany cheerfully handled the odd situation and did an excellent job getting my house livable! I would highly recommend MaidPros!

My experience with MaidPro thus far has been excellent. Getting a quote and setting up service was so easy. The day of cleaning, Delane showed up well within the time window promised. She was super sweet and very respectful. I was studying for an exam and she was as quiet as one cleaning a house can be. She did an excellent job cleaning. I highly recommend this service.

Disappointed! The cleaners did not finish the work they were supposed to. For an easy move-in clean, two cleaners spent 6 hours, which is more than estimated. But there's still some work left unfinished. This is unprofessional and unreasonable. I communicated with customer service, and they sent another cleaner to reclean the other day and promised they would fix the problem. Unbelievably, the window blinds were still dusty even though I told customer service and the cleaners about this point.

I am enjoying my cleaning service so much! Heather is outstanding. She is a hard worker, very attentive to special instructions, incredibly respectful and so sweet. She is easy to be with and puts her heart in her work. She is a gem. Thank you Maid Pro!

Disappointed in the quality of service. No wonder it took 2 hours to clean two bathrooms; maids were on their phones when I checked. Bathroom smelled worse than before service; smelled like sewer..almost like they used the toilet water to clean the toilet seat or something. Had to re-wipe again myself after they left. Seeing how highly it’s rated, maybe we just got unlucky with whoever got assigned to our place. Regardless, I wouldn’t seek service from them again.

I have never been disappointed with mymaid! Allyson has cleaned our house multiple times and it has been exceptional work. I will definitely be recommending this family owned company to all my friends!
