Carpet cleaning was fantastic and I’d recommend Dominique highly. Dominique was professional, on time, good communicator, and very friendly.
The only reason for only 4 stars was his lack of attention to the arms of the chair I had him clean. Where people usually put their hands on the chair arms to sit and stand I had to clean myself. It wasn’t a big job, but it’s the fact I had to do to meet my standards.
I highly recommend Dominique for carpet cleaning and will ask for him to clean my hardwood floors in the future.

Nickwas very personable and professional. He was able to get out numerous fecal spots from my dog Oliver and you walk in you wouldn’t notice. Job well done Nick.

The fellows did a great job, very professional. In and out in about 3 hours. They were very pleasant to work with. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to get their HVAC ductwork cleaned as well as a dryer vent.

I would give 0 stars if that were a possibility. I scheduled them for air duct cleaning. They left my house a disgusting disaster. They had zero proof they did anything to my vents. They broke one of my vents and used pliers to try to fix it but you can tell and it’s in the main room of the house. They left the tape on the vents in 2 rooms and threw the wadded up tape in the second bedroom on the bed. I had to go around the whole house and vacuum and mop immediately afterwards. DO NOT USE THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

Arrived on time and did a great job! Elizabeth gave us the carpet refresh we were looking for. She was also very easy to talk to and provided a lot of useful information about 1-year clean guarantee without making us feel pressured to get it. She also asked me to inspect her work to make sure it met my expectations and, of course, it did!

6 hour arrival window and called to come early. Message did not say when and I had to call the national number. I waited for the representative to call the technician to tell me he would arrive between 11 and 11:30. He came shortly after 10. I was not there and the tenant was making breakfast. Technician was friendly and did a good job on grout but did not know to keep the 3/4 hickory hardwood floor adjoining dry. When I arrive he was cleaning up and my hardwood was under water. Nice guy but needs better training.
